would you have to get new non dizzy cams re shimmed as well? im assuming this would be a standard course of action with new cams?

getting cams without dizzy gear or getting lift added to cams is similiar price, changing to coils JUST to use non dizzy cams is pretty costly just for `new` cams instead of refurbs :O

my local garage semi-tuner (does racing but im not fully aware how good his skills are) reckons a set of vernier pulleys would do the job for tuning but i did read ecu management would be a more reliable option. whats involved with your cam doctor machine? im hoping to buy an NA-T kit soon and would like to get some of these cams and get them fitted at the same time? do you do the check after high lift?

very true, yea i do like it. i think its different and doesnt ruin the curves of the supra. always wanted a wide arch as well but loads of widearch cars seem to get slated. cje do you have any pics of your silver sup ? would be good to see it

cool man sounding good. im planning on going the NAT route for def so keep it posted. what injectors did you get? are you ordering a 225 fuel pump with them? i was planning on venting the sreamer into my exhaust wanna hear the whistle of the turbo dam thats gonna be loud fella!

i had issues last night about this with my woman! tried justifying buying a camera for missions around the country and she moaned i couldnt relate it to `us` lol! never had any issues when I had a celica wonder why they get so jealous

I personally think it's worth a crack. they would need to be re shimmed at the garage during fitting (obviously) and I think its worth sourcing cams ourselves. GROUP BUY!!!!!!!!!! +1 im in. pics of finished cams AFTER process. they basically re con them as well. ooooo clean mmmmmmmmm sourced these pics from supra forums, u can see the dredded dizzy gear:

ive seen someone turbo a 270k miles engine with no issues. claimed service more than recommended obviously. look after it well and should treat you well back. there are low mile supra's out there you just gotta keep looking and wait if you are patient, dont rush it. i was getting impatient and was tempted to buy higher milliage supra's just as i wanted one so bad, just wait its worth not buying one you will regret. i ended up with 55k miles on a 94 import :-)
