So, I still have yet to check my logs. May do this weekend (got some work to complete before Thursday so bit rushed until then).
But with a rebuilt turbo, I'm thinking prevention is better than cure.
I'm going to assess the turbo return line, maybe increase the diameter of the piping and fitting to eliminate any restrictions there. As I did only have an issue during missing a gear and bouncing off the rev limiter so any weak points hopefully won't be achieved but better safe than sorry.
If I install a turbo feed regulator such as one of these bad boys;

If the oil return was blocked or wasn't flowing sufficiently (even at regulated inlet oil pressure), how would that affect the turbo oil pressure.
I feel like it's obvious and I'm just being a bit dumb here.
And yes, I know I need to check the logs to try and understand why the seals went. I'll do it, pinky promise.
