Why not line them up with nuts first, then rivet after to make sure holes line up pukka?

Triple is getting there, need to tidy it up and give it a sand tonight. Passenger side ready for top coat primer. The triple pod is really close to the dash when fitting, your have to be careful when fitting it, I recommend sliding a peice of paper between the pod and the dash to protect is, as it will slightly touch it before the grommits go into the holes. I positioned the pod as far down the piller as I could, as it's a bit in your face. I had the same with mine but it didn't bother me, but wanted to ammend it next one I did; I've hit my head on it twice and mate, it hurts lol.

My air filter will sit in the engine bay, won't be any air box feed. Maybe I should Make one :-S ?

Thats nice mate. Seen that one before but never seen a picture that good. Any pics on the car? Ages... Having no mould to make it from and waiting for thin sheet metal held things up. Total start to finish was 4 months. This was no where near constant work though.

oil temp oil pressure are pretty important if pushing limitations of an engine i reckon?

Thanks mate. Any pics of your's handy? The idea behind the smaller inlet was to follow the flow of the shape of the car before it turned into an inlet, didn't want it to be a sudden change so gave myself room to build a radius into the inlet as well as a flat area, hoping this idea would make the unit look like another panel rather than just an intake.

It's not an MOT pass with the light in mate. Im not intending to replace my headlight on a full time basis, so should be ok.

Well, this has been in the pipe line for me. It's taken a while, but I've got a few other things going on as well so this hasn't been made a priority. This won't be everyones taste, but it's not an off the shelf item, and I wanted something different. I'm not a pro at body work so please dont slate the quality Going NA-T, the idea of heat soak with the air filter made me ponder about different ideas. I'd like to do a few track runs, so possibilities of air flow were going through my mind, here, is the result.

Parry, if u cant find a cheap one with the thread you need for fitment let me know, i have spare adapter you can have (obviously ur need the 1/8NPT for gauges), its 16 UNF i think for toyota. anyway, get the plate, thread doesnt matter - dont go spending an extra tenner just for the right thread, i have some

what i meant was the engine side of the plate; this one has 2 o rings engine side. i knew what u meant mongoose

some only come with a single o ring. mines just got a large flat one rather than 2 smaller ones
