Certain part of it is in the mind. But capability plays a huge part. First 10 minutes agree is always hard. Once warmed up its fine. Get a bit stressful after the 18 mile mark. I think alternating distance or speed helps overall fitness for sure. The slower shorter runs always help contribute to a faster pace when needed. But maybe you were chasing time too aggressively. Did you have tempo runs. Short mini 2k slow runs. Did you use hills and sprints mixing the sessions up. I love riding. Faster pace is enjoyable too. Offroading is too slow for me. Got a road bike I get out on a lot. Less so building for this ultra. Running technique is difficult for some of us. Many of my niggles has been due to that.

Any of you buggers into running? I'm built like a potato, due to years of weight lifting and enjoying take away's. But been enjoying running endurance this year. Got a long run I'm prepping for end of the year too, life seems to be either Supra or fitness prep lately.

Yes. You can swap the projector housing from a RHD set of any pre or facelift models to correct the beam deflection. Its geometry behind the dome that defines this. I literally have tons of spare bits. If you want help converting a LHD glass set to RHD, I can help you if you like.

Reis already give discount for being in the owners club. We have more to gain than insurers. Massively so. It doesn't make business sense for them to collectively increase the cars value. Better to take the hit on individual instances. Wasn't Sky sponsoring the forum at one point. They wouldn't even insure my 600hp even though it was 400hp for nearly ten years . It would have to be financially beneficial for the insurance company. Otherwise why would they bother. If they provide good service whats the added revenue from being directly on the forum, when they'll get revenue from the recommendations anyway.

You'd probably beat a few of the 1000hp supra knocking about too from the dynos I've seen. I know the US guys post a lot of sub 10 ETs on 500 pony autos.
