sci mx protein has LOADS of aminios

cooked egg typically includes the yummy yellow bit which has less protein and more carbs i was told? plus i think eating raw egg it normally an addition to the diet, like a mid-meal snack rather than cooking egg as a snack would be more of a meal. unless it was cooked and eaten later as a snack. im just trying to think outside the box here not sure of the values cooked egg would have a protein, id guess it wouldnt be as high?

id recommend trying to take your egg's with a small shake at least. ive never had trouble downing raw egg's when mixed with something.

Guys, I've seen a ratio spreadsheet a few times on here that gives estimated speed, RPM and gear ratio depending on gearbox, final drive and diff but I can't seem to find it. I'm doing dynamic simulation for the NA 5speed and using differentiation and intergration calculations to work out acceleration and velocity when taking into considering air density, frontal area, co-efficient and car / wheel mass... ...so having this would be awesome as calulation speed using the torque in various drives would help me if I could see if my values are correct. Thanks!!

Just an update. I've had the test set fitted and the dimensions are perfect. Going ahead with these. I'll update pictures when they arrive. Watch this space.

when I have done SMT in the past, the solder paste is enough to keep the component in place. most surface mount components will be small enough just to use the paste alone. i think a very fine soldering iron and some practice is all you need. i soldered in surface mount components before with a soldering iron, and apart from cooking a few tiny caps you do get used to it, its just practice. paste can get really messy as well, unless you have a good pick and place set up. i think the conclusion will depend on what equipment you will be using, it might be alot easier to use paste if you have some good equipment to apply the paste.
