  1. i think stock looking gauge holders look nice. colour coded dashs with gauges looks a bit rubbish IMO.
  2. yes mate i have. the stage 4 clutch is a bit juddery, it feels like a new clutch would typically feel. its wearing in though and its slowly going away. i wouldnt say the flywheel is making the juddering, its very bitey, though some say the flywheel is what causes it. the rev's are definitely noticable. if you change down and rev to get a faster gear change u will over rev easily. the clutch has got no give in it, where as before weight would be softened by slip in the clutch, you feel every jerk from the engine as soon as its engaged. this is obviously better for putting power down, as your not losing it through lack of connection in the clutch. used to have to give it some beans to spin in 2nd, my clutch was on its way out. 2nd gear spins easily now without much effort, id be surprised if i could spin in 3rd but not up for hammering the crap out of it as 3rd gear NA wheel spins are pushing your luck. 1st gear is a definite change and 2nd gear noticable. as you go up through the gears the change in performance is felt less, and i feel that the slight difference in pull is reduced down the rev range per gear. in 3rd gear after about 3000rpm its just as standard. feels better pull in 2nd up to 5000rpm, not alot but more responsive. the main problem, is my clutch was pretty wasted. so there may be some changes that im feeling just because my clutch actually works. but acceleration has improved, not alot, but enough to make you pleased you paid the money. changing gear take some getting used to as the rev's drop as soon as ur clutch is in and if the revs aren't right your through yourself all over the place, this clutch is not as forgiving as the standard one! Even sounds quieter when starting up. Don't get any whine. Every car is different though, these are just my own accounts.
  3. laser cutting is getting pretty good. if you could get ur hands on an EDM machine you could do well. EDM is electro discharge machining (in case you didnt know). its slow but detailed. you could do laser cutting pieces with this, just as an insight. its a popular process, just to show you how popular, its the 4th most popular machine bought in industry against milling, turning, drilling and CNC operated machinary. 4th!!! thats some major sales there!! just an idea thats what id like to do...
  4. s362 seems to be whats compared to the gt35r loads from what id been reading up ages ago when i was trying to decide what turbo to go for. would be good to see some dyno's on same set up with swapping them over.

    LED rear lights?

almost like bike reflectors mate. wouldnt have thought they cost more than a fiver. didnt take any pics cuz they aren't a fashion item!! ive only got pics of my celica with tinted lights im sure just sticking them on with silicon wouldnt harm the paintwork. i wouldnt recommend using super glue. lol i love it when you get that excited it's like you forget all logic
  6. its a black art to make one with the headlight fully working and with it looking clean. i want to make a larger intake with the dipped beam working next, completely remove the fog light and have a larger hole similiar to my own in there. now that would be awesome! not sure what it's going to look like though :-S
  7. ive loads of photos of headlight intakes, il upload some later

    LED rear lights?

if you just stick reflectors on your bumpers this will pass MOT. i had to do it for tinted lights on my celica.
  9. that would be a rasper-nonrasper ? a boosted-rasper would clearly be an NA-T

  15. i am considering my options at this time and will get back to you if i make decision. this would put my turbo conversion back a few months as i have just finished collecting the final bits to install everything. this pending, i will check the change against my insurance, as i will need to declare this and HUGE ass wheels. with the turbo conversion as well this might not be in my price bracket. also, i wouldnt bump the thread every day, as mod's will complain.
  16. I thought it would be the same guy, considering how many smilie faces he used something was definitely up!
