all headlight intakes are the same these days, this forum needs something a bit different on headlight intakes :S

I reckon its a filter to the single in the bay. Why you would want the filter that close to the light... surely a feed would look better

I won't be tracking until I have a different gearbox I reckon. the w58 just won't handle it. A few heavy pulls on the road is one thing, a full thrash session i just dont think it would hold up. v160.....

depends on the year. you can run around 5% veg oil with diesel mix, also like the petrol-diesel mix. ive ran my 2000 focus on 5% and it was fine. its not recommended to do anything more than that as veg oil it too think. if i could find a decent supplier of veg oil il definitely make biofuel.

I will try and get some material and have a go at this through the week. Shouldn't be that hard. Just be fiddley. Might try and make it out of 6Mo scott.

Oil Cooler is a good idea, I bought one ready to fit I'll leave the PS cooler. Craig does ur T61 have a 68mm inducer on compression wheel? They always seem to be a bit big, I thought Id got the wrong one to begin with.

ah i see. ive measured it around town with a `bit` of fun included and it measured at 13mpg. last time im gonna even bother measuring it lol. im hoping with conversion i can still get same millage on a run if i keep the revs as low as possible.

Never seen any information regarding power steering cooling for an NA-T upgrade. I'll ask a few NA-T'ers and see what they think. I would assume I wouldn't need one, as people run NA-T's all day long without one and I'm only going slightly above typical turbo conversion figures. Looks like I'll have to get some heat wrap then eh!

I'm just asking, I'm not up to scratch with 8.5 compression and how far you can take it that was all mate. I know you need to level your compression with NA's constantly I didn't know if jumping from BPU 400 to 700 would require a change in compression? I spose being able to lower a GE to 9.2 (ish) will allow you to get to 500+ it would make sense to be able to use 700hp with 8.5 TT stock compression. A general question as I'm a TT noob

You lowering compression for that increase in power? Any idea what PSI your going to be running. Gonna be running sweet...

I'm gonna try and update this list as I get bits paid for or buy them myself. This is also an important list, and il add it to the once completed NA-T list when its all running and I know whats been used. This would be a secondary list I think, as most people leave this kinda stuff out! thanks alot for adding this scott, I think aside from myself, it will definitely make this a useful thread for others. really appreciate the help everyones giving me on this, been on the pipeline for a while. my build won't be as clean as yours mate im surprised you've missed anything going to clean up the parts once its running. want to get the intake/TB painted and freshen up the bay. 400hp then try and make it look as mint as yours! please list them scott, any connectors or flanges so i can add them to the list once ive paid for everything (if included) when i get the install done. i can then change the title thread and possibly make this a build thread? check the list nic, i've updated it as I do actually have a turbo blanket. without you reminding me i would of forgotten to add this thanks mate, fingers crossed it goes ok. im still concerned about the fact the only mods being added to hit 400 from 370-380ish are injectors and fuel pump, hopefully it will be able to reach the magic numbers.
