1. Well us both being NA-T i was talking about the proper supra, being the high compression boosted NA bye bye BPU style
2. looks nice. how does the pull from the engine compare to the supra?
3. Neil why did you swap the engine, was it just to run nos?
4. Reading that confused me. But as long as its good news lol.
5. Looks good mate. This things gonna be a beast.
6. Just UK fronts mate. I was considering saving for Ksport brakes, but unless I change my gearbox I will never need anything bigger than what Im upgrading to. I will grab some UK rears when I can afford it, stopping in a straight line is more important than not stopping at all as I've hammered down a few hills and noticed they feel a bit sexy by the time I reach the bottom. Ksport's do look nice though. If I can't fit them over my fronts I'll just get some spacers, but it will be no big deal I'll just put them back on Maybe brendan will be nice and let me try them before he takes them off.
7. Well, untill then, better get stuck into that engine bay, lots of work to do lol I think you should sell it as a whole, it would grab a better price looking at mint as it does, rather than in bits I think. Maybe you could do a PX with a TT6 when the time comes along, I know some people have done that to lower running costs, or even a garage sale might consider PX.
8. From the UK's? Are they slightly bigger.
9. I'm liking that. Looks real smart. One comment I have, is the logo, I feel leaving more area around it may give it a cleaner look, maybe having it gradiant into the background.
10. Yes I remember you pulling away from me. You probably remember me swearing at you just as often I'm running boost now mr white maybe this year I will keep up
11. Thought it would be as per our conversation, just wanted to check before I tried to fit them. How much you got left on the pads and discs? I will probably clean them right up
12. This is true... though you already have a polished one, and I'm sure at some point your get a FFIM as you know your end up going turbo conversion
13. I dont want to put the jspec fronts on the rear, that;s a silly idea they just wouldn't fit completely different brackets. just wanted to know how easy it would be to fit the UK's. sounds easy enough,
14. I will wait till the summer to get one. I need to get my bumper sorted from imi first before I spent those kinda bucks on stuff like that. If it gave me another 100hp maybe I'd be in lol. They are nice, shame they cost so much :*( Maybe I could make one out of cardboard
15. Afternoon all. Will be collecting my UK Front brakes in next week or so and would like to know what required to fit them, currently running good ol'JSpec fronts. Is it a simple swap? Had a quick search and only thread that seemed related was someone wanting to put JSpec fronts on the rear Thanks
16. not you westy, mr ripped fear said to me back along
17. are you still going with NOS mate? to be fair I think most other NA guys respect your ET's. some people poo-poo the NA idea, it's like unless you've got 2x turbos an engine doesn't even start. just to let you know, my mate with a supercharged BMW 328i ran a time similiar to your best. That says something! Keep up the good work
18. dude you said u saw them go for 100 quid second hand. 500 quid for new is a big jump.
19. neil was looking to purchase a line lock kit, im sure that will help the burn outs
20. Ok, you win lol. How much are whifbitz currently doing them, I think a group buy is in order
21. Why don't you relocate the power steering resovoir? Cover would look nice in there.
22. I was considering getting an ebay special
