  1. Yes mate. They do forming as well, and the finish on the steel is different as its not brushed.
  2. I'm sure I've seen it on a plane at 200mph?
  3. Falling prices is good. Means more engines for me to buy after I blow my current one up I've contacted a new supplier for stainless steel products and will be sending off to try and get some sills done soon. I love custom like you mate
  4. I have small toyota brakes. I NEVER felt an issue with them while driving like I stole it while being NA (even with a lightweight flywheel cuz that add's an easy 140bhp instantly ). Now boosted, I have noticed fading a handful of times. I would say that 5 hard corners in a row is enough to start them feeling like the effective stopping action is reduced. Luckily I have larger optional Uk specification brakes sat waiting for a clean up to be fitted. I would not want to give JSpec's some track action, as 5 minutes fast road action concerns me and makes me loose confidence in my stopping distance.
  5. get some videos and final piccies mate. be good to see it running. what clutch are u using
  6. mechanical items are ok electrical items can be a bit dodgy go bran new and your be fine but not cheapo parts like this do it right do it once. get a decent radiator set up from whifbitz for sure
  7. Loving the fact I get mentioned here lol You can't actually buy a triple gauge pillar pod anymore, ebay specials do sell the two pod holders which considering the time it makes to build a triple is a good price. I'm actually thinking of selling mine, as I want to do something a bit different and I would hate to start cutting it up when all it need's is a re-spray. How much you looking to pay? If we agree a price then I can re-spray mine for you and show you some pics first. How urgent do you want it as I would need to start building my own custom one and I don't have all the extra bits as I was expecting to do it over the summer time.
  8. That's the same as the one whifbitz sell don't think he is after that. Those are the 3 designs from the 5 I have ever seen. The forth can hold 4 gauges and david P made his own custom one which was ace:
  9. Ripped Fear would be the man to talk to.
  10. You should probably leave it a few days between bumps or the mod's may have a word. GLWS
  11. I have a stage 4 competition cluth and lightweight flywheel on my w58, it improved shifts when it was NA alot. Now I'm boosted it pulls well under a hammering. I try not to hammer the gear shifts as I know the w58 isn't the strongest, but she has had a number of hard shifts and not had any problems.
  12. I have the whifbitz pod, I think they look better in matt finish? This is the one I'd like to get next http://www.nengun.com/abflug/design-meter-box http://mlracing.co.nz/magento/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/a/b/abflug-design_meter_box.png There is another style which I've never actually seen anyone own that's quite nice http://www.mvpmotorsports.com/Templates/frmTemplateM7.asp?SubFolderID=914 http://www.mvpmotorsports.com/Merchant//catalog/jdm/t/supramkiv/p/ts/1.jpg
  13. I am unaware of these threads Andy, are you refering to the standard stainless sills or the ones with the Supra logo cut into them? I will send an email to chase this up, and get a quote. Rather than people deciding if they like the logo or want etching, I will keep things simple and they will be plain.

Looks nice that. Where you get your diffuser? You also have blades in the middle, did they come with it?
  15. You got the charger intake hooked into the engine then? Time for mapping soon?
  16. I paid through the club last year. Its easier as you can your club stand pass at the same time then
  17. I will start looking into this if enough people are interested. I will need to send away my sills and get a quote, then depending ask permission for a groupbuy.
  18. Thanks Pedrosixfour, a legend!! Brilliant estimation of price from dpg.ie so will place the order with them when the package is ready. Thanks mate
  19. I've heard some engines pass, and some don't. Some NA without cat's dont pass.
  20. Thanks mate, just tried them and they won't do parcel as big as I require The such continues.
  21. Are u NA or TT? I have a slight whining in my gearbox since I put loads of power through it. I have the NA w58 manual box. Have you checked the oil recently?
  22. I would of thought it would work with a turbo if it would work with an NA, the volume of transition would be the same for an NA, compressed air is compressed by the turbo and shouldn't be limited by a different design of how its moved from one place to another, as long as the total volume is the same, I would of thought the engine would function as normal. The ball wouldn't restrict the chamber any more than a closed valve. This would be awesome on a 2JZ though it would cost a bomb... *drilbble*
  23. Hi guys, need to collect a Parcel from Ireland and alot of places are either stupid expensive or will only collect from N.Ireland. I've posted a request for delivery on Shiply.com with not much success. Any advice would be great, thanks
  24. This new valve train system basically replaces cam shafts and poppet valves and brings a new design to internal combustion engines. Due to better weight distribution, a lorry engine with >5k rpm was able to rev to 14k rpm and was able to increase the compression ratio without problem of knock. Hope not a repost, search the forum's few times for this and couldn't find anything. http://www.coatesengine.com/
