Just used this trick with the wires, spot on and easy to do. Took about 5 mins, quickness was best, 8 repetitions on each side approx 1 sec apart worked.. nice one

Initially Just the Auto box mate, Looking at tidying up the Body (requires a little paint, may even change the colour) And a few little mods first - It needs a BOV . thanks No i barely drove the N/A due to it being a 2nd car, SO cant justify keeping it although i love the car, Swapping a couple of bits over then it will be going up for sale. Cheers mate

Morning All, After recently seeing this Advert on EBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/290702183117?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 I was initially cautious as the Advert was Vague, Sounded like it had been thrashed and Chipping a Supra, Well says it all really. I made numerous emails before the Guy Emailed me with his number, and on speaking to him was surprised how Genuine, Yet unusually old he sounded. Anyway cut along story short, The bidding flew up and i decided not to bid, Didnt want to buy the car blind without seeing it. And i thought oh well theyll be others, but sent an email to the guy to let me know if he was messed around at end of auction as i was still interested (cause we all no it happens), and to my surprise he calls me and says that the winning bidder had made contact and said his SOn had bid on the car without his knowledge and Could not come up with the cash, Hence the call. I said id come down to view only being 3 quarters of a hour away and expected it to be a dog to be honest, with all sorts of faults from the vague advert. On arrival I was pleasently surprised by its cleanliness, And just could not get out my head that there were other undelying faults, and shocked to find an eldish gent greeting me (prob late 50s) apologies for any late 50s on here Anyway it turns out this guy bought the car as a toy 3 years ago and not really used it much, and was only selling to Purchase a bike as he was a nut on Motorbikes, Failing the sale he was going to Cover it and leave it in his Garage. ANyway i took it out and could not believe how Reponsive and tight everything seemed, And how well it boosted etc etc, and had a fellow mechanic friend with me look over it and could not find a fault. (and only done 300 miles since last MOT) Anyway i dabble in a bit of car selling with cheap motors as well as my full time job, ANd this being in my Blood put across a cheeky Bid of £3300, to which i thought we could start negotiations from there, He um'd and ar'd and said as he believed id look after it etc etc, i could have it for £3400. TO say i jumped at him with the cash was an understatement. On the return journey home, i still expected it to blow up, or something but it was the nicest drive ever. Even then once i got home I have looked through the History and there is loads and found after checking the car also it has the following. Its a GZ CW SMIC HKS turbo Timer Racelogic Traction Control Thor DSC = TSD THor FCD HKS Ti Exhaust - double Decat (1st being envy, 2nd Unknown) Inovit alloys Cruise control (although this is the only thing i have found to not work) CW 1.1 Bar Restrictor ring Walbro Fuel Pump UK sPEC Front Brakes with Goodrich Lines Full Leather Uprated Focal speakers AMongst other things. Attached some pics of My current N/A and My new TT. Ill be swopping some of the bits over and then selling my 5 Sp N/A. N/A - When purchased N/A after few modifications, Windows tinted, Graphics, And Do luck bumper bought from PArry, With TRD Bought from Raven Tried attaching someothers but wont upload for some reason. Here are some of TT and N/A together, TT TT with Wheels and TRD - Apologies if ive bored everyone to Death but just wanted to highlight, Its worth looking at the cars even if the ads are extremely vague etc, The guy i bought this from was one of the nicest guys ive spoke to in a while alongside Raven and Parry

yeah thats what my guts telling me, Waiting for him to call me back, Sounds as though at a guessed BHP of 400 its attempted BPU, Wanted to find out a bit more if it had the Fuel cut and Uprated Fuel pump as its decatted, The Ad is a bit vague, Will try him again, And see if can view if doesnt sell but your right, prob best not to Buy without viewing first. See what he says.. Cheers

Firstly apologies if this is a repost i have looked and cant find anything on it. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1994-Toyota-Supra-Twin-Turbo?item=290702183117&cmd=ViewItem&_trksid=p5197.m7&_trkparms=algo%3DLVI%26itu%3DUCI%26otn%3D5%26po%3DLVI%26ps%3D63%26clkid%3D8159006556653396485 Does anyone no the car, seems "at present" could be a really cheap buy pending last minute bids. Emailed the guy to find out some more info. Just called him but didnt answer so going to try again. Was going to view but at this late stage doubtful ill gey down there to view. Looks clean enough, And has a MSOC Forum Sticker in the window, and didnt know if theyd come accross to this one. Doubtful as its not in the Classifieds section. Just thought id see if anyone knew the car, before i dived in Feet first and tried buying it. Was going to convert my Manual W58 N/A to a TT but getting second thoughts if this comes cheap. Cheers all

Looking good mate. She's coming along nicely..

Cheers for that, was looking for some switched on, but they look good anyway.. I've facelift indicators but was going to cut into the sidelight on my pre facelift lights to give an extra sidelight but was unsure to what they'd look like :-)..

Evening Gents, Right Half way with the wiring on my Facelift indicators with thanks to the Great Guide on here, But am a little undecided at which route to take with Using the indicators as "both indicators" or with 1 as a sidelight/1 indicator. Ive scouted the forum but cant seem to find any pics,Is there any pics on here with anyone that has them as sidelight and indicator so i can see what it looks like before i start chopping at the wiring, and then wishing that i had kept them both as indicators??. Whats peoples views on having them as sidelights?? Gracias

In comparrison with other Red supras, Obviousely with you have the Uk Spec and Light interior The windows will not look As dark compared to those with a dark interior with the same darkness of windows. Due to the light interior making it appear brighter.(unless of course you went for a limo black).. Think that makes sense. I always tint mine and in the current supe went for a dark smoke on the rear and medium on the sides, in my opinion gave an alround contrast, Plus it hides my install in the boot

After not using my car (supra n/a) for a few days (approx 5) a couple of months back i noticed that the speedo wasnt working on my way to work, The warning triangle came up and my engine management light came on although the engine management light was only temporary (10 secs ish). This happened all the way to work and all the way back (20 miles) Anyway the next day i get in it Drive it and everything worked fine.. SO i thought maybe a glitch or something.. This has now happened on two other occasions but always when i havent used the car for approx 5 days or more but always sorts itself out.. If i use it daily or every other day its fine.. I can live with it but it is proving rather tedious and annoying, ANy help would be greatly appreciated as im at a complete loss to what it could be..
