  1. Hopefully next year will be able to get a group together
  2. No-one else has mate no. So I think that this year it will be a no go. The deadline for clubs is 3 days away.
  3. Hey bud no problems, on being busy. Right now there is going to be only three people at most. I am not sure why interest has tailed off.
  4. Right now I am not sure what do with this. There has been very little interest and we have a short while before the booking window ends. What do you guys think?
  5. Link for the forum post can be found here: https://www.mkivsupra.net/topic/248488-japfest-2022/
  6. Confirmed Interested CorruptSapphire markssupra Confirmed Ticket Booked
  7. Sadly due to the lack of up take on this, we will not be going ahead with it this year. Hopefully next year will be different. So Japfest is back around the regular time that we all know for the event We will be looking to do another club stand, I know that last year was a bit of a mess, I had a lot going, so apologies for that. Lets get this one going shall we. It is always a great turn out from you guys. So here are the all important details. Club Ticket Prices Adult Advanced Entry Ticket - Per Person £26 Child Advanced Entry Ticket - Aged 14 & Under Free Adult Advanced Camping Ticket - Per person. Valid nights of 9th and 10th April £12 Child Advanced Camping Ticket - Aged 5 – 14. Under 5’s FREE £10 Public Tracktime - Per 20 minute session £35 Tracktime Passenger £10 The statement from Kelsey media is if the club wants a good location for the stand, it is first come first serve, to get the good locations This year the club tickets are being sold through eventbright (A much smarter decision from Kelsey Media in my opinion) Here is the link to the booking page: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/japfest-silverstone-club-tickets-tickets-207338263327 Please reply to the post if you want in on the club stand and then direct message me for the password to be able to book the tickets. Thanks Dom (CorruptSapphire)
  8. Sadly many factors made this a hard one to get good attendance this year. The obvious being the time that this was scheduled for was not great, many people including myself may not have been able to attend for various reasons. Other car shows people commiting to and having to drop out of this one. Hopefully next year they will schedule the event for the regular month and we will be able to get some great attendance like we have had in previous years. Thanks to those that did go and here's to next year Thanks Sapph
  9. I believe that they will have sent things out by email. They also made posts with the club stand maps. Check the usual spam folders incase it went there bud
  10. Hi everyone, As I said in previous update, I will not be attending this year. If there is anyone that would ike to organise on the day that would be amazing! Drop me a pm if you are interested in doing this. Thanks Sapph
  11. The club will still have the stand at Japfest in September. I just cant attend. If someone that is going wants to be able to organise the cars on the day that would be great. But as with everything that has happened in relation to covid we will have to wait and see if restrictions are re-applied? Update on the refund: Kelsey were happy to process the refund, I just needed to provide my order number Thanks Sapph
  12. Hi Guys As you may know by now that this has been set for the 4th of September 2021. At the moment kelsey media are going ahead with japfest. I am not able to make it on this day due to other commitments that weekend. However if you guys still want to go, go for it. If any of you are in the same situation that the date means that you are not able to attend, I would urge contacting kelsey media using the following address https://help.kelsey.co.uk/support/tickets/new As part of their terms and conditions, they state that tickets to events are non-refundable, but given that this was out of anyone's control they might provide a refund as they have changed the date. I have made a request & I will update you all on this once I get a response Thanks for continued support and patience on this one Sapph
  13. Ok so Kelsey Media have just made another announcement regards to Japfest. From what I understand they want to combine many shows. Link can be found https://www.facebook.com/10616965739/posts/10157072123995740/ Think it would be best to keep the plan of holding out until next year, get the feeling one massive mixed bag show will be rushed. Don't really want a repeat of being stuck out the back of the grandstands again Your thoughts please
  14. No problems Have you considered keeping hold of it until next year?
  15. Hi all I would imagine that you have had the same email as me. All existing bookings for either Japfest Silverstone, or the Donington weekend can be carried forward to the TRAX Silverstone date of the 4th October, or used for a future event. Question is what to do, so would love some input from you guys on this. I am in the defer until next year mind
