  1. bear in mind though that if you share your NCB a accident in the run about can ruin your supe NCB and cost you a fortune, better idea to build up a seperate NCB if you can afford it, then even if you have an accident in the supe, you can put the supe on the other insurance and have higher no claims than you would have keepin it on the one with the claim, if that makes any sence,
  2. cheers bobbeh, yeah its flying by, but every nice sunny dry day (like sunday) feels like a kick in the teeth not being able to cruze in the supe. which is bizarre i allways expected getting to work/getting the shopping would be a problem but that parts easy, Still ill be back next summer, dunk, im guessing youve discovered dudes lack of space in his PM box like me,
  3. dude, your PM box is full!!! how difficult in £ would extra width be dude???
  4. project wideboy is... ...stop. any more pics dude? we nearly lost this thread its been so long!
  5. cant be good for braking, but they do look pretty cool!
  6. hmmm, wonder if you'd need another gear box then, and possibly another revometer, coz mine dosent havbe thgat LCD screan for gear, it just has the normal lights, tastey TRD speedometer though, mmmmmmm!!! is that supe anyones on the BBS??? Has anyone had the dash off the trip to see how it works, or has anyone worked on one that can shed any light????
  7. yup thats what i want, but i wouldnt have a clue if it could be hooked up to work. Apparently it wasnt too hard in the FTO thats done it, but in the FTO the manu override just has up and down, rather than gear selection like the supe man over ride has...
  8. does the trip supe have paddle style change??? i thought it just had up and down buttons on the steering wheel??? and presumably one of these could be sourced from either toyota or a stacked trip supe??? we need someone with some hard core supra teccy knowlage, anyone???
  9. no one havce any ideas on the above??? was talkin to dude about it n he thought there might be a potential problem because all the trip supes were VVTi, dont understand how that would affect it, would it really be such a difficult job???
  10. TOP KILL!!! im not gonna start quoting FnF, musssssst resist!
  11. dude was saying that he rolls the arches out at the bottom, and its a bugger of a job, but thered be no point leaving the old arch in there, coz then you wouldnt be able to put any wider wheels in there, n thats the point isnt it??? cant beat a birr'a GIRTH!!!!
  12. they must hav got mr miagi to wax that bugger up!!!!
  13. any doubt on who was driving the car and its official owner gets the points, pants as it is. I HATE GATSOs!!!!
  14. i hadnt seen it before, absolute comedy, i can see the comic shop guy from the simpsons driving it,
  15. saddest modz ever??? http://www.roadsquadron.com/Cars/Hwing/
  16. good call, badgeless is cool, best get rid of the toyota ones while youre there, as long as you dont mind baseball capp'd nova idiots asking how much your ferrari cost!
  17. my badge definately wasnt just stick on, guess it could vary car to car though...
  18. you'll need to let dude know coz he'll be stripping it soon, (see project wideboy), and knowing dude he'll just whack it off with his biggest hammer, unless you specifically tell him to be carefull coz you want it!
  19. its ok for us with major paintwork to get de badged kev, but if you want to de badge when you aint re spreying you get left with some rather ugly holes that they use to fit the badge streight, you need to have the holes welded up and the panel respreyed coz i wanted to de badge mine years ago... de badged and de aerial'd deffo the way forward though!
  20. for supra money, GT4 all the way, for silly money GT40!!!!!! (bizarre GT theme isnt intentional)
  21. hair dryer, on warm be carefull and heat the glue, then the rest of the badge should pull off, carefull you dont remove any of your paintwork at the same time, then just order a replacement badge, they arent expensive,in fact, you can have mine if you like, ask dude nicely he might send you it once he's removed it!
  22. more pics due this evening!!! oooooooooooo! the excitement!!!
  23. kev - dude, can we widen the wide flares??? #ah ah ah ah... stay'n alive#
