The bin men wouldn't empty it then It doesn't normally live where it is on the pics and I've never had an issue with people putting things in it when it's in it's usual location. It just goes there once a week so they can empty it at 7am and leave it in the middle of the road / drive / path / in another town.

I always ask the anti-Boosh about Izzard because he's not your predictable comic, he flies off all over the place and talks complete rubbish. I like Lee Evans too... I'm trying to think of comics I don't like now... does Graham Norton still count as a comic?
