  1. But are they *really* happy? I suspect so
  2. Just do your homework too fella, I don't want to see a post where you've had the car nicked or someone has hit you and they are only offering £2k or something silly.
  3. I looked into it myself some time ago - I guess they vary but on the fairly decent one I was tempted into they were happy to cover all mods you could ever imagine but in the event of a claim you got trade price for the base car. For me it was too much of a potential loss, you are also affected if one of the others makes claims.
  4. I presume you've looked into the amounts trade policies pay out if you make a claim for a total loss?
  5. I'm not posting this for the geek factor, just for what happens at 1:06 into the video - isn't that a normal Scottish wedding? J1-4LcmE538
  6. I know a few of you are into such things, it could be old news but I'll risk it... http://delta7sports.com/product.html http://delta7sports.com/images/IsoTruss_Technology.jpg http://www.isotruss.org/ I wonder if the technology could be used in space frame car type stuff or for roll cages etc?

    Going veggie.

We need to keep eating cows, if we don't bad things could happen. http://www.cyriak.co.uk/moo.html

    3.4l Stroker

It might be the greatest engine ever built but I'd still have more faith in one made by a monkey using Lego.

    Going veggie.

Do vegetables grow in the sky now?
  10. I can see it now... "should I turn the key?" "Do I press the pedal on the left or right first?" "Should I open a window or turn the heater down?" "I might move my seat forward a notch, what do you think?" Sorry
  11. I guess a tasteful install is a long way from the usual tie wrapped horrors you see now and again With JAE out of the window at present the Rising Sun folks should take advantage and have a mass campaign to take over as the big one!

I presume you know that protein can be found in things that aren't made of meat? It shouldn't be too tricky Are you going to be a proper veggie or a fish murdering one? Are you OK with dairy foods? Have you done any research on this at all or will each meal involve you posting up here for help as you do with everything else you do in your life? http://www.theveggietable.com/articles/protein.html And many more...
  13. I think any sport can be interesting or boring to watch depending on who is involved and how it's presented - I'm not a fan of football at all but now and again I can sit down and get into a game, usually if it's England being beaten by a country with a population of 15. I love Super GT / JGTC but rarely watch it because the commentry is awful - the racing could be great but the dull presentation robs the atmosphere. I voted for cricket here but I guess even that has it's moments when they aren't faffing around hiding from the rain.
  14. Just steal a standard letter template from here: http://www.i-resign.com/uk/letters/ Change it to include any extras you might want and then stick it in an envelope - hand it to your boss and tell him / her that you are handing in your notice. Then enjoy the wave of happiness that comes with escaping from something you no longer enjoy.
  15. http://www.youre.co.uk and it took me about 5 seconds to find. Just trying to help, if you want me to edit out my comments or report them for the mods to remove I'm happy with that - I know a fine chap like yourself wouldn't want to charge members too much
  16. Best price I can find in the shops is £37.49 including delivery, £37.93 at the next cheapest...
  17. Is a Saxo going to offer any more space? You could pick up an Escort on the same year for the same money, it'll be cheaper to repair, it's bigger, the engine will probably have more power and more room. Insurance and petrol costs might be slightly higher though. Small cars attract a premium, if you go up a size you can score some real bargains. If it has to be one of those two I'd have the Micra, awful car but it's not a Saxo
