  1. If nothing else it's amusing to see a slight change in character from some of the people "fighting" for mod positions How jolly diplomatic! We're all immigrants, some of us have just been here longer than others.
  2. Racist. I was reading yesterday that there are plans to bring the ~25,000 UK troops that are based in Germany back (so they can fight in UK bars and get bored) so that should help. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/politics/defence/6617358/Tories-to-pull-British-forces-out-of-Germany.html Anyway you started it when you invaded Poland.
  3. Have you ever had a thought that's 100% your own?
  4. van_damme_supra - you win, PM sent. Sorry to everyone else and thanks for bidding.
  5. Sorry, lost track of time, need to work out who won now I guess.
  6. Facebook is awesome, it helps you realise things could be a lot worse - you could be an illiterate attention whore. To be fair "off topic" is a lot like Facebook.
  7. I gave them a number to sell on, they never paid me for them IIRC.
  8. http://www.megaboost.co.uk/keyring/supra-00-sm.jpg I've stumbled across 2 of the key rings I got made and sold on here many years ago - they are of no use to me so I thought I'd stick them up for sale here. I'm open to offers, have 2 available and will take the highest (or most interesting) bids made by 5pm on Friday. I'd rather avoid PMs as it just makes me look as though I'm pretending to have interest and I want to keep things out in the open.
  9. Yeah, I'm nice like that, threw some bold in there to try and make things clearer but I guess it didn't help
  10. Clone Wars - AT-TE (All Terrain Tactical Enforcer)
  11. The two I have are both for a UK spec - they use two - part numbers as per the original post.
  12. You know those "handful of useful ones" you have now? They won't be available in Ovi. If you want a basic offering that works out of the box and does what you need then the N8 might be a decent option, if you want a phone that you can adjust to meet other needs then I suspect Symbian will prevent this.
  13. Nokia hasn't been forgotten about, they have just lost their way - Symbian is a poor platform for nerd phones. They should concentrate on the hardware side of things and go with Android IMO, it would be a great combo.
  14. No it won't. Crap OS, poor app store, limited support outside of Nokia. On the plus side it will take nice photos.
  15. Has Matt been kidnapped?
  16. I don't have a dog but I like them. Here's a video of a dog. lfSYy_Ce-4A
  17. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-10796718 Do you believe that this is a positive move? I think it's good that people will be able to continue working while they are able to do so but I'm concerned that employers will be forced to find suitable work for people who don't want to retire but are physically unable (or unsuitable) to perform a particular job. There are a lot of very able, active, healthy people over the age of 65 but, as with people under 65 I guess, there are lots that aren't as bright as they used to be or haven't moved on with technology or new ways of doing things. Is this just a reaction to the concerns that a lot of pensions are going to be pants? If you carried on in your current job beyond 65 would you be as efficient as you are now? Will this have a knock-on impact on people at the other end of the ladder being unable to move up because old crazy Jack from the drilling team still likes to play with the toys despite him being half blind and completely mental?
