Full Respray - What colour?

Hi, I currently have a 1993 JSpec TT Aero in 199 Silver, has a do luck front, veilside side skirt, gz spatz, stock spoiler. I want to change the colour and looking for ideas, quite liking a nice bright red like this one http://www.benlevy.com/auto/meet/lexus20080420/clmeet18.jpg Wheels will also be changed to suit. Also are the are good bodyshops in the Warrington/Manchester area who can do full prep and spray. Thanks

Give Open office a go, http://www.openoffice.org/ it free of charge as well and just as good as MS word....
