yea but if change dampers might aswell get new springs aswell - but prefer coilovers. because in future might want to drop ride height a bit. just seeing what people got -
my front suspension is going (over random bumps car hits the floor as if the dampers have given up and then rises a split second later) im after decent suspension (preferably want coilovers) which are new or perform as new cheers peeps

ill take it clutch/flywheel n release bearing for £200 - i have pm'd you mate - drop me another pm to sort out postage/paypal etc. as long as it 100% will fit my 5speed NA 97 n its performs like new. cheers matey

by looks of it its anti roll bar links - get them replaced next week

nope its doing my nut in lol - there is a 'steering rack' bt if you search for parts anywhere it just show the actual steering 'rod' not the main box it connects too? any one?

My steering has alot of give in it when car turned on if you turn the steering side to side quickly on the wheel there is a 'clonk, clonk' etc and seems to be alot of give in it. i honestly have totally forgotten the name of the part i need. where the steering rack/rod comes down it meets a unit attached to it by bolts/fixings.....what is the big aluminum unit it connects to? Cheers peeps

i cant pinnpoint it - one time seems like comes from passenger side and the next the middle see to be causing the noise. its proper winding me up all the 3problems im having i cant pin point the cause

hi all, i have a knocking noise whilst going along a flat road (when surface is slightly bumpy) when going over speed humps its not there. i went afr and they think it is my suspension but wouldnt it knock even going over large humps? ill try do a video to catch noise but its hard because of exhaust etc. any ideas peeps? cheers all

cheers chris. i might give that rebuild it a go for $210 ruffly £130 cant go wrong. do the parts look good quality pedro?
