    Hello all!

Probably the biggest thing is the move to new site and a more modern feel. The dynamic of ownership has shifted massively with the huge spike in the value of cars and parts.

Strange they would put the pit lane exit at the apex of the corner, who has right of way in that scenario? What I mean is those on the racing line will be approaching that corner significantly faster than those exiting the pits on cold tyres. Agree with you @Dnk, I'd be hugely surprised if we didn't see some sort of incident.
  3. I was hoping that would happen Welcome back!
  4. The owner prior to Stuliet was @pistol pete here https://www.mkivsupra.net/topic/88467-uk-storm-blue-tt-auto/#comment-1204133
  5. Welcome to the club @Gregory I remember this car, it used to belong to a member @Stuliet, here is the original sale thread https://www.mkivsupra.net/topic/207417-uk-6-speed-single-converted-from-auto/ It was taken off the road around 2016 and it was stripped for parts which was the last time I saw it.
  6. The one I had for the Nilfisk was brilliant and the snow foam did a great job. I bought a lot so it's maybe been like 5-6 years since I bought foam last and wondered what was on the market right now.
  7. Catch 22, if you don't have one and the insurance doesn't agree with the market value you think it's worth.
  8. It's an NA conversion (with a 5 speed?), not a genuine TT with a 6 speed so I think £25k is a fair price. £50k is genuine TT 6 speed money.
  9. I have recently sold my trusty old Nilfisk after getting a Karcher K4. I now need a new lance and I am almost out of my current foam supply, so looking for suggestions for both please. I stupidly bought the Karcher foam attachment and it is nothing short of awful and just fires out frothy water on the max thickness setting.
  10. That box looks like a work of art!

How do you homogenise the cars in a way that allows innovation without allowing a team to get a disproportionate advantage? This is the million dollar question. The pack has tightened up but there are still a few teams who are just uncatchable up the front. The leading few cars lapping the entire field should just not happen in modern Formula 1.
  12. Where are you looking at reviews? Trustpilot has them as 4.7 out 5 overall with 81% excellent. Having read some of the bad reviews, some are just a lash out as they didn't read the policy properly ( A couple moaning about cancellation fees which are clearly stated on the policy..). Obviously there are some ones that aren't good but I think you'd be hard pushed to find a company that hasn't upset someone! Always been friendly and knowledgeable with me, no statutory price increase on my premium each year so no messing about trying to get them to reduce it. Also, agreed values reflect the current market which is really important these days! No Insurance provider is perfect. Do your research and make sure the level of cover suits your needs at a price you are happy with. Cheapest is not always the best, especially in insurance.

The DRS train only compounded the issues with the car for Hamilton. Poor strategy call, should have brought him in a lap earlier for the undercut, they had nothing to lose by giving it a go.
  14. Just got my renewal through from Lancaster and it's down from last year to £222 this year with Agreed value which I will be updating again.
  15. Welcome to the club. We love pictures, so pop some up when you get a chance
  16. Hi and welcome to the club. How long have you owned her?
  17. Facebook has it's uses, mainly for posting pictures . For everything else, you need look no further than here It's been almost 12 years since I made said jump! Can't believe how time flies but I must say it was definitely the right move. Prices have gone mental since then, so it was a wise move as I wouldn't be able to afford one now.
  18. Welcome to the club, I thought I recognised the username. I made the leap from an MG ZR back in 2010, one of the best decisions I ever made. Don’t get me wrong, loved my MG ZR but the Supra was another level.
  19. Wow great work, would love to see more pictures of the restoration journey!
  20. It's going to be so shiny and new you won't want to use it Looking good Darren, do you an expected completion date for this in mind?
  21. Looks like a reasonable turn out. Hopefully more organisers will be confident to start running events again.

    F1 2022!!!!!

Following is one thing, overtaking is another. It's removing the straight line speed advantage of the more powerful cars to even out the field. The proof as they say will be in the pudding, so lets see what happens on Sunday.

without it we wouldn't have had the Verstappen - Leclerc battle!
  24. I absolutely love the car and couldn't imagine ever selling it, but everything has a price and I wouldn't think twice about selling if someone offered me strong money.
