I rang them up as a few things had changed, I have a different job, have increased the value of the car to £35000 and wanted to drop the mileage for this year with the prospect of not being able to use really. Spoke to a really nice chap who was really helpful, apparently the reason my quote was exactly the same as last year is I’m on the minimum premium so I’ve ended up with a higher value (subject to agreed value approval), the same mileage and a reduced excess for the same price.
