    UK spec

I can confirm that this was stripped by a previous owner who was member on here, it's been off the road since then but has been bought by Padraig.
  2. Don't be fooled by his dodgy accent, genuinely decent bloke and fair guy. £600 for the craftsman ship that Sir Chris Wilson demands is a bargain especially as it's almost impossible to get a new one! Anyway he needs the money to put a proper gearbox in his car
  3. Was bought by a member called RSB whom I believe is the seller.
  4. @Padraig was after one of these.

    UK spec

Hi and welcome to the club! I would try @keron on here from extreme performance, he is a Supra breaker and I know he has a few UK's in at the moment breaking. The parts you are after are usually the first to go or are not salvageable, but it's worth asking. We have a UK spec register on here where we keep tabs on the few UK's that are left, if you PM me the Reg and details of the car I can add it to the register. Reg isn't displayed just used to prevent duplicates. Would be great to see some pictures and would be good if you started a project thread for people to follow too!
  6. My condolences Darren. What a legacy to leave, that Jaguar is beautiful.
  7. Converting into Miles from KM would be 60,555 miles which would then suggest it has done over 17,000 in a year which is highly irregular for a Supra these days? Some people are under the illusion that the mileage is for the engine and not the shell, so maybe they have altered it to match the engine mileage from a transplant? Unless it's detailed I'd avoid it, if someones willing to clock the car then what else are they willing to do? Supra buying is especially dangerous these days with the scarcity and price inflation, the unscrupulous are cashing in and looking to con people out of big money.
  8. And even dreamier in forged magnesium
  9. Just an FYI that your camera roll is on the bottom of the images and that hand/claw is scary
  10. Welcome back, nice to see another forgotten car being given a new lease of life.
  11. I'd throw Lexus into the mix as well, parents have had a CT, IS, RX and NX all of which have done good miles in ownership and never had anything go wrong. Packed full of gadgets and the interior feel and quality is right up there with cars double the price.

    Welcome to the club
  13. Most likely to be the classifieds, got to be the number one source of Supra's for them.
  14. When I originally asked you said you didn’t remember the reg of the car, and couldn’t find a photo. Now I know you were just trying to get rid of me Thanks dude I’ll pop it on properly later on.
  15. Nice bit of nostalgia there I was hoping to see your old UK spec in there but alas, no. Still looking for a reg or a vin for it so I can properly add it to the register!
  16. If you want to the look through the classifieds or buy from a member, you’ll need to become a member but hopefully someone can help you out if they know where you can still buy them from.
  17. Have you spoke to Keron recently? His stock is always changing so he might have what you need.
  18. Very nice, looking forward to following this
  19. With a bit of a gradient and a tail wind it's actually quite easy and effortless to get up to that speed in a stock car or so I've heard, with a long enough road I am sure it would be possible to go faster. Correct me if I am wrong but a stock UK TT6 setup is geared to around 200 mph and the 155mph limiter is either a lie or only fitted to early model cars. Bear in mind though that when your speedo says your doing 175 you aren't, I don't know if anyone has done proper GPS testing on how much the speedo is out at those speeds.
  20. You win together and you lose together, George Russell completely let down by the team, what a disaster. Easily driver of the day for me, Perez had a good race but it was more about circumstance than driving skill which is why George is driver of the day for me.
  21. I agree, I think it's going to be very messy on the first lap. We have a few cars out of place, so they will be keen to make up the places as soon as possible.

    MARK CARTER

I believe it left the factory as white or at least that's what Toyota told me. So it left the factory as white but before it was registered and handed over to the customer it was resprayed yellow? I think it will show it was originally white. @Mark Carter A bit more information for you on this car that I think you will be happy to know, this was the last UK spec car to be sold and registered in the UK.
  23. Looking forward to that, Russell needs to really make a mark with this chance. He does not want to be dropping it into the barrier following a safety car with cold tyres!
  24. I would imagine as long as you have proof of ownership then you should be able to get another copy from the DVLA at a cost. As above it would be helpful to know exactly what documents you are missing and need new copies of. Is it a UK car or a Jap import?
  25. Holy hell, how Grojean is still alive is testament to F1's dedication to safety. That is the first time I have ever seen a car burst into flames and be ripped clean in half in the modern Formula 1 era. Sickening to watch, hopefully he recovers fully. Some serious concerns about the quality of the Armco barriers if a car can pierce the barrier, ride it sideways into a support post and completely rip the car in half. Scary stuff!
