new o ring has fixed fuel leak but like you suggested it has made no difference. Newb question but is the union the highest bolt on the injector away from the engine?

with the fuel thermostatic valve I am going to try new o rings and see if that stops it from leaking.

all have between 1.3 and 1.5 ohms.

got myself a multimeter and checked the voltages; battery 12V Glow plug relay 12V Glow plugs 11.5V Coolant temp sensor 9V Ran a direct current to the fan and that is working fine. This is with the engine off.

So things to check: Air in fuel System Valve clearances Temp sensor Glow plug relay Fast idle cable Low Compression Faulty injectors Fuel pump timing

Firstly before checking the valve clearances I am going to get the fuel leak sorted as I think air is getting into the fuel. But sourcing the part I need is proving to be impossible !!

no it doesn't, its one of the earlier ones and just has a light if it gets too hot. The light does work as it self illuminates on start up.

Was referring to the guy with the speed gun on the way there. They would clock you then pull you, it would be a by the side of the road ticket. It would of been a nightmare for them if they didn't see the numberplate. Were looking for a supra ... in a sea of supra's lol Glad no one got pulled

Very nice Jamie I was behind you when your boost pipe popped of I absolutely shat my pants !!! Drifting was awesome just as we were leaving the scooby with the 1jz and the 200sx had a collision on the big corner. It looked nasty !!! It was a thoroughly enjoyable day can't wait for japfest 2 at donnington park especially as its only 30 mins drive instead on 3 hours 30 mins !!!

I have had a look and my cooling fan never comes on and all the fuses are fine

Forgot to mention there is a mystery box coming off the glow plug relay loom.

You do know they don't make these anymore and are very rare !! When a set does come up for sale they are 2000 plus without tyres.
