Now I have the saxo I won't be driving the supra that much any more. My question is what tips are there for keeping her in shape whilst not using her. How often should I start her up and how long should I drive her for? I've heard alternators die, tyre flat spots,rust in the cylinders and other stuff. What's true and what isn't? It will be on the drive under a car cover which I am getting soon. Thanks in advance.

that looks retarded, what a spoon. The brakes will only be as good as the weakest link which is usually the limit of adhesion on the tyres. What a waste of money.

I have a daily driver now so am going to get a cover on Friday (pay day WOOP). What are my options ?? I have a stock supra and have the seen the storm force and the halfrauds one.

Will test it again in the morning but pretty sure all is well. There was quite a bad leak and there was a lot of air in the fuel lines. Just glad its all sorted now. Bought the car as spares for 150 with cold start problems, cost me 30p to sort RESULT !!

Just had some dinner and went out to the car to check the injectors. Guess what as soon as I turned the key it fired up and there is no smoke !!! So it was the fuel leak and cost me 30p for an o ring. Thank you everyone for your help !!! I never got any replies from the numpties on the saxo owners club. They only know about petrol models .... Going out for a spin
