  1. you say its been there a year and a half but the owner is till taxing it as it is taxed up to September this year. Also it doesn't have an export marker on it either. Its a 3.2 V6 and is an automatic.

There was a member on here littlenum that had a 1jz in his Supra. Hi and welcome
  4. Very bad advice. There must be a reason they are refusing to fit them and saying they are not road legal maybe as you stated they don't have an E stamp. Just fit some different tyres that are road legal as if you go to a 'friendly' garage to get them fitted you will be putting other road users at risk as well as yourself. Plus your insurance will be invalid and you will probably need to brush up on your technique of picking up the soap. Would you live with yourself if you killed someone because you had fitted tyres unsuitable for road use?

    Hi

Hi and welcome. Don't be too concerned about mileage as these cars will go forever if serviced properly. I'd take a high mileage car with a full service history and a book full of receipts over one with lower mileage and no history.
  6. I would love to see the subscribed list to this thread

  12. Any motor factors will be able to do it for you even halfrauds do it
  13. You have misunderstood my comment I wasn't referring to stock vs modified but to the OP's comment about the Supra looking modern. Compared to most cars of the time the supra has aged much better especially to cars such as the 300zx, 3000gt and skylines who's styles look dated. But the most dated parts of those cars is the interiors which are wildly outdated but in my personal opinion the Supra interior wouldn't look too out of place in a modern day GT.
  14. My new background !!
  15. This topic has been covered to death though, I like the look of the Supra for what it is regardless of whether it look 'modern' or not. TBH I wouldn't want it to look modern as all cars look the same nowadays. Manufacturers get one styling cue and plaster it across the range. The ford range is a prime example of this at least old school cars look different.
  16. If I wanted a modern car then I would have bought a modern car
  17. I disagree but then I would Active spoiler is where its at !!
  18. depends on what your trying to sell and your target market, there's no point putting an ad for a new chocolate bar in a gym etc
  19. I had never really heard of them and thought it might be a cheap car bargain, an astra popped up last night and I am going to see it today.
  20. budget is around 500 ish am going to see an Astra today hopefully, I'm not fussed to be honest as long as it goes The main killer is where I live there are not many cars for sale near me and I am not traveling far for a cheap run about.
