Not a cat in hells chance !! For one it would render thousands of people jobless and that's the last thing the government wants after unemployment is through the roof already !! Plus they would take a huge hit on fuel revenue as people wouldn't have second cars like supra's etc that are gas guzzlers. So that's no extra fuel money, no second tax disc and no second insurance policy. They would have to be on crack to think this was a good idea, plus places like santa pod and most of our race tracks would fold as most of their clientele is road legal track cars and modified cars. Just imagine how much people spend on going to meets, events and track days in fuel, food etc that they would otherwise not have spent.

Perfect especially with a 4000kg braked towing weight !! If you maxed out the trailer weight and had 780 kg worth of fuel, passengers and luggage you would need an LGV license !!

He would be much better off with a larger TDI engine as he would be ragging it all day long and I bet he would struggle with hills !!

Ultimate sleeper there, it is fits the term pocket rocket perfectly. Has it been lightened in anyway or is it still stock weight + extra engine weight?

What about a 5 series estate?

I would have thought a 4x4 or estate car would be best and with a largish diesel engine probably 3.0 TDI. What about a land cruiser ? Or you could get Abz's Nissan Navara.
