100% agree the previous owner of my supra had 4 new eagle f1's fitted at Octagon Toyota at the cost of .... wait for it ...... 1000 quid I can get a set delivered and fitted for half that.

Dealers will always charge a premium becuase of the garauntee they give. Not saying your mate won't garauntee his work but most garages will fob you off rather than admit they are at fault, but even some dealers do this.

That sounds like the better option Dunk, I have like 30GB of music and I also have loads of playlists so I use my Ipod as it makes it so much easier.

You need to get in touch with the mods and the local events organiser to make this an official club event.

Hi and welcome. I was in exactly the same boat as you but I had a MG ZR 160 For me I would rather take the money hit once on the initial price of the car than getting bummed year on year by the insurance companies. If you do get a UK spec don't forget to add it to the register we have for them, the link is in my signature below. Good luck with your search !! How much music you got Dunk ? I have an Ipod classic in my car as it can hold 120GB of Music. Also is your headunit Ipod compatible i.e. can you search your ipod on the headunit ? Or does it just treat it like a storage unit and you have to scroll through them all ? If the latter then if you have your ipod you can search on the ipod itself and just press play on that and it will play it. What headunit do you have Dunk?

Brilliant post, if they put the Supra badge on anything less it would be a great travesty. But IMO sometimes its good to let a great icon such as the Supra be laid to rest rather than trying to squeeze another sequel out.

I'm glad as 99% of people that fit them don't do it properly and end up blinding everyone on the road. I just flash high beam when they come the other way, funnily enough they don't like it when they are blinded!! I hate people who bodge mods on their cars, if you can't do it right then don't do it at all. But there are too many thoughtless cheap skates about that couldn't care less if they cause a fatal accident as long as they look cool
