I forget what people recommend but it makes life a whole load easier.

Don't forget to grease up the door seals or you will be getting in through the boot. You need a non petroleum based one so it doesn't eat the rubber.

I had this with my ZR I sold a while back and a similar on a laptop I sold on ebay.
