  1. This year I am thinking of going for an agreed value policy maybe with SKY if they can do me a good deal. Renewal isn't due til April but thought as I was bored to do a little looking around. How much would you value my supra at? It is a Black 1995 UK spec TT 6. Done 73000 miles with full service history and a huge wad of receipts. Every MOT since new to verify mileage. Completely standard apart from Silent Hi power exhaust. Bodywork is immaculate with one stone chip on the passenger wing, no rust and the interior is immaculate also. Body work has no dents or deep scratches. Any othere info that would help let me know.
  2. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?262843-550cc-UK-spec-injectors You know you want to ... go on ...
  3. Very good, happy birthday
  4. I would remove the settings altogether as calling it top secret is hardly masking it
  5. I mentioned it but nobody was interested so it didn't happen
  6. Haynes do not do a manual for the Suzuki Swift but Chiltons do. I have never had a Chilton book, has anyone had one before? Are they any good? The Chilton one is for the US so will it be of any use to me?
  7. My Suzuku swift ebay special just went through its MOT with no advisories at all. Not bad for a 300 quid car

    Hi all!

Hello and welcome to the club. Pictures of the EP3 please
  9. I would agree with you unless it is stated that the tyre was developed specifically for that car.
  10. But it's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. If someone else wanted it at the time it could have gone for 50k. It's all relative.
  11. Just like you should!! I wouldn't have one either as if you accidentally strayed over the speed limit would they notify the police?
  12. Nothing a detail wouldn't have sorted as Jurgen says they were just surface ones. I would have been more concerned about the dent.
  13. Fair enough but surely worth having the dent popped before the auction

    Scrap car value

Might do can pull the spare which is brand new with a new tyre and jack too. That will get me another 50 quid, might be worth pulling the parcel shelf too.

    Scrap car value

Local scrappy says 200 plus getting my tax back mean about 300 for it. Will do a bit more searching but can see it being any more than that. Was hoping for 250 but I don't think I will get that.
  16. Thinking about just taking the Astra to the scrap man, what would I expect to get for it?
  17. That's not very good it should be immaculate for the mileage that's if the mileage is genuine.
  18. It most likely just starts you off in second gear.
  19. Its well worth having a tracker fitted, I have one on mine. It's not fool proof but makes your chances of getting it back better.
  20. Yeah definitely, will take a some persuading for the others to bring theirs out of hibernation though
  21. Will keep an eye out on ebay for you.
  22. Definitely go for some serious money but hopefully it will go as part of a collection or in a museum as putting miles on it would be criminal.
