what side skirts and whats this button(new member)

hi im a new member and want to put side skirts on the supra,i want just the skirts you see on most supras.What are the best ones for quality and fitment.Also does any one know what the red button near the gearshifter(auto)with japanese writing next to it is.(96 facelift) cheers pete
