    I just polished my muffler there... It's lovely. I'm probbably going to make the meet. Looking forward to seeing some other supras. Am I the only person here nobody has met yet??

    Just watched the trailer- it must have gone straight to video. I don't remember it- I thought it was an old film. Looks interesting. Kinda reminds me of sin city's effects.

    Oh yeah I forgot about the wee girl, she says she will be waiting for her when she grows up... The woman who gets her arm cut off in the film drives a 300zx in it- you've got to laugh at the bit where she is in the boot- if it's anything like the supras you wouldn't get the hatch down! Lol Some people thought drive was too slow, I don't know, I really liked the feel of it and how it was made. Planet terror was ok but I did like death proof I agree that the classics like pulp fiction are a lot better though.

    First I've heard of it. Should be good, although where can the story really go? Hasn't she killed everyone by the end of part 2? The first film was great when it came out. I was worried that it would be a bit of a rip off of all the old martial arts classics, which it was, but it didn't hide it and was more of a respectful tribute when it happened. His other newer ones are good too. Death proof, planet terror etc. I just got Drive on blu ray. It's a pretty cool film. Love a good intro.

    Is there any evidence that the scoop (+ internals) improves mpg? Thats what it was designed for after all. Just not sure if it makes much difference. Looks cool though.

    just seen a gun metal gray supra behind me around 2.45pm under the Kingston bridge at the on ramp for the M74. dont think it had a spoiler- looked nice in the rear view :-)

    I still have an old Motorola car phone in centre compartment. It's wired into its own speakers behind it, a mic at the sun visor and a flat areal on the rear window. Never had it working though as I don't know if phones that old are still in service. Also after reading the old discussions, my uk spec is all black inside. Black carpets, leather, and headlining The parking sensors can also be seen in the right of the last picture provided by nic's link so I would think it was a factory option too.

    Thanks for the reply, yes, I think the manual cars had an alternator rated at 90a and the auto 100a. Sorry I don't need it anymore- he went ahead and got it repaired himself- £250 for a new alternator. He wouldn't listen to me that I'd found one. What can you do when someone won't listen?? Thanks for your time anyway
