  1. Worth the wait! Looking forward to meeting it
  2. I've had a few people come up to me at the petrol station before, one guy in his 60's said he used to own one and it was the most reliable car he ever had. I had a middle aged guy ask me what model my toyota was when i was collecting it from its service. I was just being served when he asked so i quickly said it was a mark IV. He probbaly thought, what the hell is a mark IV?? it wasnt untill i was driving away i remembered i hadnt said i was a Supra. I must have assumed he knew that and was being specific. I find the most attention i get is from bikers. I quite regularly get a nod of the helmet ...
  3. +1 from a silver supra ower!
  4. You must be minted cause it costs a fair bit. I've been using it quite a bit too the now while it has been a bit muggy. If you use it that much it might just be empty?? I used a can of ezchill from halfords and re gassed it myself. It worked fine. Pic of the window I was talking about
  5. You could check they used the correct stuff that the handbook says to use? Another thing would be if it's empty, from a leak developed after you got it back (the stress of using it heavily all of a sudden). You should be able to see the liquid in the window in the engine bay behind the toyota badge. Hope it's something simple like that and not the pump. Just a guess, good luck
  6. It's the other way around mate so for example ET35 would stick out further than ET40
  7. I agree that it's useful to know and compair with others to see if your car is running right. Lots of people that are BPU I average 320 around town with short blasts to work. The most I got was a trip to Skye last month where I got close to 450 on one 80 litre tank of v-power. That was with all A road and B road driving with lots of foot down overtaking. It was right after a service but I was really impressed on its range compared to normal.
  8. I just used it for an oil change 1000 miles ago and seems fine. I was told by opie oils it was suitable for BPU
  9. Id like this done at some point too. did you see this? http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?231481-Comparison-of-different-engine-mounts&highlight=engine+mounts+idle
  10. I start at 6 so would be available any time upto 4, if people cant meet until later though im totally cool with it. Cheers
  11. Was about to say ill make this then seen the time, I'm nightshift unfortunately. Have a good one
  12. At the moment they are 235 fronts and 265 rears if it heps you, although they are smaller than the ones you are talking about (10.5j and mine are 10 on the rear)
  13. Cheers guys, i agree they change the car. looks more aggressive I will prob lower it a bit at some point, its on D2 coilovers so they are pretty adjustable. Arch rolling/ shaving will most likely be needed though. For the moment i'll just enjoy no longer scraping my drive every time i come home
  14. Thought i'd post up some pics of the new wheels now they have been fitted for those of you that havent seen them. They are Wedssport SA-70 18" bronze wheels with a +32 offset in a staggered 9J and 10J. Nuts are temporary. Special thanks to Nic for his help with wheels advice.
  15. Spent 2 hours on mine last night and had it gleaming only to drive in the rain today. Sucks eh.
  16. First thought would be to reduce fire loading indoors.
  17. 7.30 is cool with me if that's the consensus
  18. I'm 15 min from the showcase so I'm good to meet up with you guys at any time
  19. Had mine professionally done a few months ago and car sticks to the rd like glue Before Left Right 1 3/4o 1 3/4o R Left R Right 3 1/4o 3 1/8o AFTER Left Right 1/2o 1/2o R Left R Right 1 3/4o 1 3/4o
  20. Looks lovely and clean mate. Got to love the UK Spec that was a good swap too.
  21. Good work Josh, you've convinced me to do mine now. Did you get the indicators from ebay too? I was aprehensive incase they werent compatible with the UK spec as some of them seem to have runing lights in them too as well as indicators. marcus
