First of all i apologies for my short post, was on skype to the missus and im useless at multi tasking
On the circuit in Iraq alot of the lads hit the gym hard to stop themselves going crazy. I train usually between 5 and 7 in the morning due to work and i do find that Jack3d really helps. I usually take it around 20 mins before my workout and IMP it does exactly what it says. You do feel alot more pumped when going into the gym and alot more focused. It will help push out that one or two extra reps, or put on that little extra to your max.
Although, it will only help for around 40-50 mins and about an hr or 2 after your workout you WILL have a crash. Due to the lack of decent food where i am i do rely on Jack3d and protein shakes, when at home, not so much. Beware as well, when taking Jack3d you will find the days you dont take it extra hard. You will also find yourself taking more and more as your body gets used to it. I recommend giving it a try, like a say, everyone i know who takes it has a good opinion and i myself have nothing negative to say about it
