you can buy a harness for about £12 from whifbitz on here. a few other traders can also do them. Or you can manually splice it in...its not hard, only about 4 wires....

yeh they look fine. i have 19"'s going on so i need a lower drop anyway!

yeh its not too bad....just spray some wd40 on all the bolts/nuts that need to be removed before hand as some can be difficult to remove....

sounds like the same problem as mine.....although the plugs a new you should always check the gapping on them before you put them in as they may not be correct.... mine were brand new (hks) and 2 of them had different gapping to the rest...sorted the gapping out and it sorted my problem out....

i would say check the spark plug gapping...incorrect gapping will cause it not to run smooth... also i dont get on with bp ultimate fuel either as it makes the car run like shite! Try to use shell optimax...
