  1. Just an update. The grease spots cleaned off with screen cleaner so the screen is free from blemishes.
  2. It only does it when its damp so its definitely related, but it seemed dry today. Toyo proxies with good tread and tein suspension. Planning on a geo setup next year which will hopefully help but i would like to get some 18 wheels on there first. I just wanted to warn the guy, the day after I had mine done I fish tailed it into the kerb, whereas before it had been fine. I could always turn the boost down but I don't want too
  3. Had mine done this summer and the car drives much better with bpu. Only problem I find is that the rear wheels spin up much easier so you really have to be careful. Happened again today on a dual carriageway and is a bit hairy. No idea how people manage with 500+ HP, unless the boost is much smoother on a single. Go for it. If its dry and your near high wycombe some time I would be happy to take you out.
  4. Lol. I think there's an app for that!
  5. Some photos here. The screen is free from scratches but as seen from the photos there are a few smudges where its been fingered, so not brand new condition but glass cleaner may take them off, the protective cover could also do with a clean. http://picasaweb.google.com/NeilPartington/IPad?authkey=Gv1sRgCJeXtvWDiZGNMQ&feat=directlink
  6. Perfect xmas present, magical to use, it will change your life Base model with no 3g, but it does have a protective cover and the original box. Condition is excellent, its about 6 months old and has never been out of the protective case, no scratches or dents. Theyre going for £370+ on fleaby so I will offer it here for £340 delivered. Feel free to ask any questions. Cheers Neil
  7. Thats brilliant, Ive just cracked up at work. Dont know if i have a sick sense of humour but thats the funniest thing ive read for ages.
  8. If your going to throw them away i would happily take them off you.
  9. Do you know if the venues are the same as 2010? They all seem to be around the east side.
  10. Get sky's freesat offering and then you can upgrade to a subscription service later. Or if you put your own dish up they're not expensive, I got one off ebay for £15 and it's fine, a humax freesat box is about £80 and you may as well get a quad lnb.
  11. These are just what I'm after and I can give you a set of 16" stock wheels and tyres, but you need to give me a clue as to how much your after?
  12. Can anyone recommend an indoor car cover for the Supra?
  13. Mmm, street class. May have to look at that but wouldn't really want to have to strip the car, might be a laugh to do anyway and cheaper than track days.
  14. That's brilliant Craig, I would love to do something like this so good luck with it. I will try and find the circuits and dates and if possible get down to give you some support. Good luck!

I dont think he sounds all that bad. When i buy car I always start by asking a raft a questions about it even if theyre in the advert, I like to get a feel for the seller and how enthusiastic they are about the car. Couldnt you just get a £500 deposit off him, gime a copy of the V5 and then arrange for him to collect or even deliver it for him? Once you have a good deposit you should be ok.
  16. Welcome to the club, lovely supra you've got. Whereabouts in Austria are you, been there a few times and think it's probably the nicest country on the planet, love to take the supra up some of the mountain passes you have, in summer obviously. Hope you enjoy the car.
  17. A bit off topic but what paint do you use to paint them? Are they normally sprayed or brush painted? Is it special heat resistant paint?
  18. Its £36 delivered on amazon so how about £30 delivered? Is it any good? A guy here has taken a day off work to play it, the kind of committment that will take him far.
  19. 50m /vbb/images/smilies/bbcode_shock.gif I was under the impression that 10m was about the limit for HDMI before the hardware starts to degrade the data being sent, i.e it drops it from 1.3 to 1.2 or from 1080p to 720p to reduce the amount of data. I have read that from 10 to 15m you need an inline signal booster, and above 15m you should be using CAT5 cable (Balun Pair). Might be wrong though 5m and below it doesnt really matter on the quality, Curry's etc selling expensive cables is purely a rip off.
  20. Appreciate its a bit low, but the offer stands if you get desperate. I wanted a quieter exhaust but hoping the Tanabe isnt "too" quiet, i've recently put a baffle in my existing exhaust and i'm kind of missing the noise now, cant win Anyway GLWS.
  21. I will offer you 500 delivered? It's all I've got vat the moment.
  22. Mmmm, did a bit more googling today band the gtlm doesn't look like it's available anymore. Might have to look at the torque drifts or save my money for next year!
  23. I've been looking for some new wheels for the supe. I know 19" aren't the best for handling but I have a spare set of 17s for trackdays if I do another one. So for normal day to day use I like the look of the rota gtlm (19 is the only size available I believe). After a search there are quite a few people who had these back in 08 so I was wondering what people thought of them, do they last well etc? If they're good where is the best place to get them from (ie cheapest) Cheers
  24. Yes I do, told you I was losing the plot. It's been happening a lot recently, I think I'm getting senile.
