Mine did the same and slowly died Mine had the dash light up like Blackpool in the end but power steering was still there and with a little testing mine turned out to be the retifier unit in the alternater had burnt out £15 for a new one and worked fine after although I did replace it with a new alternater I kept old one as a good spare unit Hope your lucky and same cheap repair

I think they got the hope of getting a older car off the road or trying to make you pay through the nose for something not needed. I have had mine mot'ed for the last 10 odd years at 4 or 5 different places and it has always past with a aftermarket wheel and NO airbag. I would take it somewhere else and provide pics if needed to show it never come from factory with it fitted. Good luck buddy

I did use a led bulb but now use two of hecklers foglight pcb boards looks so much better

Put 18" back on and grab mate/other half get them to put in 1st with foot on brakes pull clutch up slowly till fill movement and rock car on biting point and YOU look for any play then do the same with the 20" More than likely what has been said weak bush/joint etc as with the 18" probably dose the same movements but there's more gap before it touches anything as with the 20" I did this on my old bmw 330 cab as it felt soft and wondered in the air all felt tight even with a 2ft bar but doing as I say above car weight + a pulling load see the 2 inner bushes was totalled and had even come fully away from the sleeveing swapped bushes for new did the same test and solid Test drive and 100% different car all that agg for £50 bushes Give it ago you got nothing to lose

I would but it has cobwebs all over it leaves and just generally out in all weathers so don't think it would stay readable for to long and like I was told it was parked one day and sat there since then so guessing probably not cared for or just got more money than brain cells lol But guess it's worth ago nothing to lose and possibly a lot more to gain

Hi guys I have seen a car I would like to buy (if owners selling for the right price) but it's sat in a private car park for over a year so a friendly neighbor told me (only 5 houses) but they have no idea who's it is as it just turned up and sat there ever since. Done a very quick check and it's not taxed but is sorned!! And last mot was in February 2014 so ended in 2015 Any idea how to find the owner so I might have a new toy or will I have to find another car and probably pay loads for it Cheers guys
