mine dose the same works for weeks then has a little paddy and works as it feels!! then it will work fine again even though i do nothing to it what so ever. mine has a clifford alarm to so could it be something programed in there that is self programed?? but fails time to time then re-learns?? will be good to know anything to stop this happerning and help us stop bangin heads

I would say avon zz3 as grippy and good in the wet or uniroyal rainsport2 grippy and good in wet also got these on my 330 bimmer and good so far and im not a slow driver lol but dont go for cheapy hedge finders if you can help it

I had prob in the evo 6 pins had rubbed alittle and were letting pads move just 1mm but clonked like a bitch done my headin as checked everything 2-3 times new pins and was clonk was gone. carn't remember if they have locating screw?? if so did you refit?? if not disc may move on hub for a clonk? err only other thing is check hand brake cable shoes may have moved just abit to misaline also is it all moving free?? hope it easy fix mate

hi mate to do it right the window must come out. as for the trim its 50/50 if window has been out before might be able to pull it out alittle but trim is known to twist be very carefull and if window never been out then no chance as the trim and window are glued together (trim will just split and strech) . if you know what you are doing then you could cheese wire the window and trim out in one go (two people makes life easyier) or you could knife it out from inside car with lots of warm soapy water (not good as scratchs up paintwork and heated wires on window) but someone that dose windows in your area can price up take out/refit should be around £100ish and save you time and probs if never done things like this before hope helps as done this for years with autoglass any probs shout me and will do best to help you out

same as me when I put engine back in after being the respray im gonna run it alot cleaner as looks poxy just zip tied to the trd brace sure the knob head done it to piss me off lol

yeah mine dose the same fella but mine has been zip tied across the strut brace and go's down by brake servo into the car. well that was a easy fix
