1. Love it or hate it, my previous car. I still love it! http://www.paulbrowncars.co.uk/car_Toyota-Supra-3.0-Auto-lots-of-extras-added.-Toyota-_100_20_index.php
2. There's a big difference between random noise and signals like square waves etc. The noise is what you see when nothing is supposed to be there because the sensor is inactive.
3. Prettymuch everything, from windows and doors to staircases to wardrobes, vanity units and French Polished bespoke hand made furniture back when I was an apprentice. My main interest is artistic bowlturning though, purely for pleasure, as it ruins the enjoyment trying to make a living from it. Infact, here's a guy over in Hawaii who does exactly what I'll be doing in a few years when I can afford the lathe he has. It's made here in England and I've wanted one for the last 15 years since they were first sold. They're nearly £4000 just for the basic machine without many accessories. They do say that patience is a virtue! 3tyV4nvmLew
4. I do prefer 'spelled' actually and think it's better that way, for what it's worth. If you've not seen this guy, check this out! gzNm7w_PPOs
5. By the way Reith, what's the job market like over there for Carpenters and Joiners? I've wanted to emigrate ever since I visited for 3 weeks in 2003 and actually got stopped for a while on the road by the film crew whilst they were shooting the third Lord of The Rings somewhere high up in the mountains on the way down to Queenstown. I'll never forget a stretch of road called Valley Pass, (maybe just south of Rotorua?), which was the most amazing, winding mountain-farmland single-track I've ever driven. Just one cliff-edge hairpin after another as it wound it's way right up one side of the valley and down the other. We only passed one pickup truck on the whole road. Driving heaven! We have a family friend living there who put us up - or put up with us - for a few nights in Christchurch. An absolute must visit holiday destination if you ask me, earthquakes notwithstanding. The Volcanic Valley was also a fantastic walk. You've got a tropical paradise up north around Paihia and more British weather down south. The only place around here that comes close to the NZ scenery is Scotland but unfortunately it's all up one end of the island where nobody in their right mind lives! I'd love to go back to New Zealand someday but the money is not yet forthcoming. Perhaps if the club had a whip-round..........
6. Boy, are you in for a disappointment!
7. Hi, welcome and yes, you can enter the URL when you click on the 'Insert Image' icon or browse the computer for the photo but there's a size limit. Also, depending on the source, you can simply copy and paste photos straight into the post window. I say depending, as some are copy protected, of course. I'm sure a Moderator will correct me if it's not allowed or otherwise inadvisable.
8. I think that means get Toyota ones because they're perfect.
9. Have you tried this site? http://www.tdocuk.com/ From which this came.... http://www.tdocuk.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=11600&p=113300#p113300 This is very interesting, pVcWDkwTxj8 Also, might be well worth showing this video to your diagnostics guys as it's for a no fault code Ford engine misfire and shows the location of individual cylinder data. Obviously a diesel will be a different matter but my point is about the location of the data in the menu assuming it's a similar system, if it's not been found and checked yet. Might help, might not. Individual coil scoping info would be very useful to Supra owners if they have a scope. I bought a USB one off eBay that would enable this kind of diagnosis. CR32Lpt623M
10. What was that video someone posted recently where an automotive electrical training course was filmed showing a bad ECU ground example? The scope showed noise on all the tested components which turned out to be as simple as a loose ECU ground nut to the chassis. The weather, added to being sat for a while could easily have caused corrosion of a ground or other connection. A short or bad connection might also explain the battery drain issue.
11. I think the LFA was the natural successor to the Supra. It surely must have been inspired by the MkIV Supra. No matter what Toyota make now, it can't be allowed to better the Lexus LFA so it will always be less than it should have been, although somewhat more affordable, I'm sure.
12. So you lost sleep over it last night when you didn't make the offer until today..... That's some feat of mental gymnastics! Ok, if you're backing out I'll refund your imaginary money and give you first refusal if you should ever change your mind. How's that?
13. Sorry but I haven't received any PM's. What are you, a Lawyer or something? Next you'll be claiming for whiplash!
14. The cover is sold btw but if someone will offer me eight grand, I'll throw in the car for free! That's right folks, a free Supra! Terms & Conditions apply. This free offer is not a free offer. E&OE.

2012 Films

Perhaps because of the movie, 'The Day of The Jackal' ? Maybe they thought it would be a bit of an obvious reference and wanted to be more original? Anyway, I hope Matt Damon returns later on to sort this new guy out. He looks very shifty to me.
16. Hi Tony, I just left you feedback. Here are some photo's of the cover fitted to my car after washing it. Thanks again mate!
17. I like the TRD version, except maybe the interior..... http://autoholics.com/2012/02/07/-Toyota-86-Decked-Out-In-TRD-606066 I like this too.... 4ycbHTebed8
18. Ever heard of a name plate? Bone
