  1. Still up for grabs. Took some fresh pics today, link down below http://s817.photobucket.com/albums/zz95/SupraTT_photos/Supra%20twin%20turbo/Selling%20my%20Supra/
  2. That depends on what the offer is I'll come down a wee bit, but I'm not in a hurry to sell. I can take her onto the mainland for you if you do decide to buy her and meet you in Inverness.
  3. It looked better when it was written off!
  4. Here's a link to my photobucket page. They are again from last year, but I'll get some fresh ones up ASAP. http://s817.photobucket.com/albums/zz95/SupraTT_photos/Supra%20twin%20turbo/
  5. And here I am again putting my Supra in the for sale section I think though this could be the last time as I need to get something more suitable to my circumstances. The roads up here just aren't up to a beast like this, and my wallet isn't up to keeping her at 148 pence a litre! She's showing about 75000 Miles but around 50000 of these were in Km, so she's actually done about 56250ish. It's really hard to give an exact mileage on a converted car, but I've got previous MOT's to verify it. I bought her just over a year ago from a guy in Dewsbury and drove her back up to the Isle of Lewis (which is actually when I got my first speeding ticket and short term ban btw!) and I have loved it ever since. Since owning it I have replaced a rear wishbone, the radiator, front pads and stuck some better rubber on the wheels (anything is better than Nangkangs!). The previous owners in this country didn't use her much, but she's been my daily driver for most of the time I've had her, so all the teething troubles are over. She hasn't put a foot wrong this year! The spec is as follows: Fully de-catted with stainless de-cat pipes Blitz Nur spec-R exhaust Apexi style air intake Uprated fuel pump Greddy fcd Greddy turbo timer Colder grade NGK copper plugs Manual boost controller (NOT A BLEED VALVE! Holds a good 1 Bar) The bodykit is Trial rear and skirts, and a Bomex front bumper. The Car was off the road for winter, and one day I put it in the garage to give it a dry off and some tlc, and when I came back to it the next morning the paint on the kit had all started bubbling! I've since sanded it back to bare arsed and resprayed all the kit bar the front bumper, which isn't that bad, but I'll throw in the basecoat paint so you get a good match if you want to respray it. It is a GZ, so that means it comes with all the toys such as: Leather front and rear seats electric drivers seat cruise control Tinted rear screen Air conditioning Drivers airbag The extras on the inside are: Dash painted to match outside colour (only works on silver cars in my opinion, hate it when I see a red dash!) A-pillar boost and voltage gauges Uprated speakers front and back CD/DVD Touch screen stereo White "supra" logo dials with blue or green backlighting Toad alarm system with certificate for insurance The only bad points on this car are the front bumper is not in top condition, and the fitment of the other parts of the kit aren't perfect, but look good enough. If you took it to a professional fitter, they could make it fit better. And the electric aerial doesn't work properly, so I've disconnected it. Tried to get anothyer one from a guy on here, but he seems to completely effin useless! There are the usual stone chips on the front, which is to be expected on a car of this age. Here is a link to a video of the engine running and a walk round the car. It was taken last year before the respray of the bodykit, but the only differnce is the undertray is still silver in the video. I'll be putting up pics ASAP so if you're interested, keep an eye out. I have uploaded one a mate took at the local drag race last week with the new paint job. Price dropped to £5500 ONO
  6. You must be a slayer fan then? I do like it heavy as well! Glad you like it though
  7. Cheers for the feedback guys, all much appreciated. No I aint the singer He's the youngest of all of us and a little excitable. He is getting better though. And no, our name wasn't taken from a Biffy song. It was actually taken from a saying our singers mother used to say to him, "tomorrow is a promise to no-one". Which he got everytime he said "I'll do it tomorrow!"
  8. Just a quick plug for my band "A Promise To No-one". We've just finished recording our first EP which we're calling "Weapons" after one of the songs. Feedback is always appreciated, and if you like what you hear don't be scared to hit the like button https://www.facebook.com/pages/A-Promise-To-No-One/245712336387?sk=app_178091127385 And for those not on facebook: http://listn.to/APromiseToNoOne/player#t=0&pos=0&p=5 And if anyone happens to work for a record company, feel free to offer us a recording contract
  9. Yup, still need it. Almost forgotten about it tbh! :L
  10. Connectors turned up the other day. Chers mate, much appreciated
  11. I'll have the coil pack connectors mate. Just changed my plugs and four of the buggers decided to crumble away in front of me!
  12. Oh yeah, stupid me! I havent a clue tbh, they where on the car when I got it, might see if I can find out tomorrow.
  13. Bit wide for me I think. but if they'll fit the rim I'll have them, as long as the price aint to steep (sorry, just feeling the pinch a bit the now)
  14. I've had enough of these gawd darn Nangkangs! They really are utter BEEP! They were on the car when I got it, and I've managed to source some eagle F1's for the front, but no luck with the back without paying a fortune. Has anyone got any used rubber lying around that I could buy (tyres only ya dirty buggers!)? They don't have to be great, but at least offer SOME grip! If the tread is down to 3-4mm that wont bother me as I don't do much mileage in the supe anymore cos of petrol prices (147.9 up here). They don't have to be exactly the same size as whats on at the mo, I'm sure I could use 255's as well. I would ideally like a high speed rating though p.s. I'm on a bit of a tight budget, hence the scrounging for leftovers, so please go easy on my wallet
  15. Any news on sending the stuff out?
  16. Think its Ollie from sky on here that said the ticket wont make a difference, but premiums have gone up 30% since last year We'll see what like when it comes to renewal time. And of course I stuck to the speed limit all day
  17. I'm with sky and they said it wont make any difference I didnt get any points because I was disqualified.
  18. Well today was the first day in 3 months that I was legally allowed to drive my supra, having been banned for speeding. And my god have I missed that car!!!! I've driven 120 miles in it today and spent a small fortune in petrol (145.9 up here!!!) but she's worth every penny. It's also the first time I've ever driven her with the MBC installed. She's boosting at a steady 1.0 bar now, and pulls like a train!!!! So chuffed Now I just have to make sure I dont lose my license again Happy motoring peeps
  19. I'm on Nankang at the moment, and my god they're awful!!! There is NO grip in the wet, and you can get wheel spin in the dry without to much effort. Can't afford to replace them just now, so just have to be careful. And they came with the car before anyone asks why I would buy them One thing I will say in their favour is that they are jolly good fun coming off wet roundabouts
  20. Is that an electric aerial I see at the bottom of pic 10? If so I'll take it
