  1. I was thinking more of a scotch base remedy but i think i should just sleep work in the morning so i can start replacing them
  2. Most of my neighbours are at deaths door, most likly to be some of teh grotty kinds on bikes that constantly ride up my road into the forest, that or the idiotic scrambler riders that go up there despite always getting into shit with the police
  3. I wish, but wouldnt even know where to start on this one, absolutely no idea who would of done it...well except someone who had seen me on my drive with the load of tools sometime in te past months If anything it makes ya feel worse, chances are tat what they have stolen is gonna get sold off for next to nothing or tossed away.
  4. Yeah you and me both, thankfully mine wasnt quite that much, but id amassed quite a decent collection of tools over the years, id estimate about £600 worth of stuff they took....strangely though they nabbed my beat up old pillar drill worth about £30 but left a makita branded tool bag with an impact wrench and combi drill in worth a couple hundred...guess thats just lucky for me though!
  5. Yeah well it seems that this areas getting alot more of those kinda scum, been here for 15 years, in the past 3 years we have had 2 car related crimes to just us. North east, just on the border of essex really
  6. Honestly, no chance of it, a couple years back we had 2 bikes and two cars stolen and they couldnt do anything then, the chance of them being able to do anything for this in comparison doesnt look very good
  7. Im absolutely bloody pissed off! Just got back from a pretty decent weekend to be told that all my tools have been nabbed out of the shed, worst thing is the house has been occupied all weekend so it must of happened sometime over night. Must of been over £500 worth of tools nicked and another couple hundred in powertools! I have been planning to fix up my old celica and sell it on but its bloody hard to do that with half a spanner set and some WD40, i just aint that good yet! Oh and my projector bulb blew this morning aswell and thats a £200 replacement bringing the estimated total of this horrendous day to about a grand, and just a month before im off on holiday
  8. Just caught a glimpse of a white supra travelling towards woodford on the A406, friday night probably around 7:45pm while i was going in the other direction following my bro's Celica St205.
  9. Oh im definitely not gonna sell the originals i kinda like them, but i prefer a more modern look on the wheels
  10. Oh yes thats what ill be doing early next year i think...well in the spring perhaps, or whenever it gets dry Hmm you might be right on that, theres a few very minor cosmetic details i will be addressing like that, wipers need a repaint and chip in the windscreen needs repairing (i know thats not just cosmetic but its also free ) But over all i cant complain for something thats 16 years old im amazed Haha yeah its that one, as soon as i saw it i snapped it up, couldnt afford the facelift one he had going at the same time I doubt you will have an issue, he's a top bloke and he doesnt seem to mess around with junkers I like the black on white quite abit myself, its why i want to get some black alloys, preferably with some dish and a polished lip but ive yet to see some that i like and can afford!
  11. I like them looking stock but im not a fan of the stock alloys, they do need changing, and after the run down it really does need a clean again. Get to take it into work tomorrow and make all the beamer drivers feel that little prang of sadness as it sits next to their bland looking cars
  12. Haha so excited about getting it i forgot to mention such important things Its a 94 Manual TT with about 55k miles on the clock, big brakes and as far as i can tell its in good nick only mods are a momo steering wheel and an apexi exhaust system...oh and it goes faster then anything else ive ever owned and gives me awesome speed giggles
  13. Thanks man, now to just slowly turn it into something that's truly mine, wheels first i think.
  14. I finally got my hands on my very own supra Picked it up from Jurgen on saturday and after a rather expensive 300 miles in a round about route back to london i can finally say im a very proud owner Big thanks to jurgen for well, everything its in great condition, didnt miss a beat and is more clean and tidy then i ever imagined it would be! Oh and cus i know you all love pics ill throw in a couple. Oh and then my rather envious brother turned up
  15. Damn thats abit of a pain, atleast you only have to wait one more week! I am on ym way up to newcastle tomorrow morning to pick up my supra, i cant wait, i hope there are no issues on mine
  16. Seen it for a couple weeks now, parked up on an industrial area (i deliver to RT right near by every week) Looks like a nice clean supra have a feeling whoever owns it might of just traded up from a ST185 as i remeber spotting a very nice example of those that ive not seen for a while
  17. Very tidy looking! i like alot. Im waiting for my own white TT from jurgen aswell! every week just seems to drag on and on
  18. Yeah i know it was a weird one, possibly a coincidence but on the celica the sender for the speedo sits on the tip of the gearbox, either way it saved me a very expensive problem so i though it might be worth saying
  19. Might be worth checking your gearbox oil as well, my speedo and tach stopped working in my celica a couple years back, turned out somewhere it had decided to relieve itself of its gearbox oil, the firs thing i noticed was that the speedo stopped working, when i checked it, and filled it back up again it worked perfectly Think i got lucky not to get any damage from it all!
  20. Ive seen a black supra on Hall lane a few times in the past couple weeks, big wing on the back too, ive been going past on a bike so i dont really get a chance to see it No idea if the owner is on here or not
  21. I'm hoping to make it to one of these in a couple months should be getting my hands on my supra in about 2 months now!
  22. Well i stretched my budget abit and just put down my deposit for a TT 6 from Jurgen i feel very happy now, evne if i do have to wait for a couple months!
  23. iIm from around London, been searching the classfieds for a TT manual though im curious about the performance and feel of the autos, anyone know how they compare to the manual?
