  1. Yes, that's what I thought. Can't have nothing nice these days without someone keying or throwing solvent over it.
  2. I get a few looks now and again. Usually from young chav type people as there seems to be an abundance around my area. Yesterday i took a little trip to Tesco in town driving nice and easy as i normally do I heard someone shout out TWAT! (probably from one of the aforementioned chav types, but I didn't stop to check) So it seems the Supra can attract negative and positive comments!
  3. Nice work there chap. Love the detail on the brake lines, thats how it should be done and NOT like the spagghetti junction like I've seen on some cars. The wire took looks pretty albeit a bit strange to me due to the missing battery. Probably just me though.
  4. This is how I did mine. I cut off the stock connectors and used the original holes in them to fasten them to some new clamps I got from Halfords for a few quid.
  5. £30 and I'll arrange collection.
  6. I took on the challenge by a guy at work and failed! I thought, meh, I chew on the cinnamon sticks all the time in a biriyani, how hard can it be? The powder instantly absorbs every drop of moisture in your mouth and sticks to the sides. VERY UNPLEASANT!
  7. LOL! The saying 'two pumps and a squirt' come to mind.
  8. Excuse the simple question Chris, but what do you mean by 'upright' ? The shock?
  9. They look great Lyndon, you must be over the moon!
  10. To be completely honest mate you will struggle to find some in the condition you're after Christian. The paper cones seem to deteriorate over time and even the newest supras are like nearly 12+ years old. Maybe you could find out who produced the stock ones for Toyota and buy some of those? eg. Clarion etc. Unless your forum garage is very out of date, your car is far from stock any way! lol If you're feeling flush, you could possibly get brand new ones from Toyota.... Also they are glued in and usually don't come out without a fight.
  11. I'd highly reccomend TRD mounts if your's is a facelift or on high mileage normal stocker's.
  12. What was wrong with it? I'm asking cause I have a problem with mine.
  13. I've been there as well! I had them press out all my 200sx bushes. I wasn't happy with the results as they knacked most of the arms by using the wrong size drift. Ah well, sounds like they're skimming is better than their pressing!
  14. Hi mate, Drakes in Bradford seems to be a good place. I've not had any work done by them but from a little chat with one of the guys, they seemto know what they're doing. I was reccomended them by a few guys but ended up scrapping the car. http://www.wdrake.co.uk/workshop/
  15. That looks great. Lyndon, please get some decent photos up once they are fitted.
  16. That doesn't look right with full lock. The bend radius at the bracket bit is way to sharp. Edit - actually the bend looks pretty bad at the other caliper end as well. You might need different lines unless ther's like a happy medium between where you had them before and now.
  17. Stock BOV, mine was stuck open causing a massive boost leak.
  18. If you have a stock/aftermarket blow off valve, check that. My stock one was alvays open so all boost was being lost back into the inlet after the filter.
  19. That's one nice looking supra you got there Mike! Was it you I saw at a garage near Carlinghow road in Batley once?
  20. It seems to be a very common problem. Mine are spotless apart from a tear at the bottom corner. It was annoying me so i just went over the exposed fibre board bit with a sharpie. I will get it proffesionaly repaired at some point seen as new door cards are about the £700 (each) mark!
  21. Not me but do you ever drive around the Birkenshaw area? Ive seen a red one a few times.
