  1. We call them wings not fenders get it right
  2. I am guessing the reason for that is someone has fitted a uk spec taillight so they have a foglight so they don't have to cut a hole in the bumper
  3. There is a low mileage silver supra for sale at Brightwell car auctions in Leominster on the 8th of May look in the classic car section
  4. No you just like sticking your nose in other peoples business when its not needed

  12. I've owned supra's for over 25 years now and I think they are worth the increase easily. For people to compare them inferior to an r34 well that's just bxllocks the supra is as good and better, you have to look at other cars to see the price hike like ford rs models and cosworth some are going for a 100k. The trouble with this country is to many cheap scate chavs that think they can get everything for nothing that was the problem with the import market with the supra's coming in country too many cheaper models that allowed people that would not normally be able to afford this car buy, now the available cars are getting thinner on the ground and people are moaning. Some one once said on here to me that sounds like snobbery well it ain't just facts
  13. The trouble with a butterfly flap on a supra is i don't supposed its connected to the throttle pedal position?? And therefore driving with it closed will only increase engine temperatures and in the end more engine stress. The butterfly system is a good idea in theory and has been used on yamaha r1 on the exhaust side and bmw diesel cars on the inlet side all to increase midrange torque but in reality they always get removed and remapped.
  14. I went from a single box to a twin box system and it made it a lot better to drive at cruising speeds
  15. They were brilliant I traded in a kh 350 tripple for the yamaha
  16. I've been riding on the road since 1986 I currently own suzuki gsxr 1000k5 and k7 and a suzuki tl 1000r plus ktm 450sx. There is know way in my opinion a car will ever give you the buzz of a big bike when your cranked over doing 180 mph or on the back wheel at over 100 mph
  17. Are you going to put a turbo kit on your mx5??
  18. Those stupid things on the front wheels and that spoiler really make it look crap imo. I'm not into bodykits it's one of the whole reasons why at one point the supra was close to becoming a cheap chav car with the n/a imports coming into the country thankfully the market went the other way
  19. one of my pet hates cyclists and it's on a supra but I have to agree on that cool plate
  20. I believe the standard tt box can handle 550 bhp
  21. I've always used the long stay parking at Heathrow you park the car yourself then take the shuttle bus done it many times never had a problem
  22. Euro and uk spec are the same apart from the obvious lhd to rhd
  23. Your right about toyota but not bmw
  24. UK spec supra on ebay 19000 miles wants £50,000
  25. I guess I was everything that I replaced on my last range was wear and tear items like brakes wheel bearing the only actual fault I had was the oil return line from one of the turbos it sprang a leak on the flexi part of the pipe and that's it I did change all the air bags at around 160,000 and that was only done because one was leaking oil so I replaced all four
