  1. Thats true Paul, Guy's I was only posting the video because I didn't really believe much on the whole mobile phone/petrol station thing. But to have an Exxon Mobil spokesman and a Motorola spokesman telling you there is a possibility (however slight) then I kinda have to believe it. That was all.
  2. True, but thats only because you cannot afford to or don't want to go. That statement is not even is the same context, no offence mate.
  3. hi mate, Have you got those two back plastic bits that go on either side of the inner rear plastic trim. As my description is totally crap, I've attached a pic
  4. I'm not entirely sure why he is even looking in the top to be honest, the fuel comes out of the api's on the side. There is also an earth line on the back of the lorry which looks like it wasnt used. I'm afraid i'm a believer that phones can omit an electrostatic charge. It is unlikely but possible. Our lorry cab phones cost £1500 each (intrinsically safe) and are zone 1 compliant, but still are not allowed on any loading bay.
  5. Hello, I work for an oil company and we are a customer of Esso. Anyway during the H&S meeting Esso wanted to focus on the use of mobile phones in terminals, and showed us this video. [video=youtube;nyYCu2K-NYQ]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nyYCu2K-NYQ To be fair they can't say if the mobile was the cause or not, but have highlighted the fact that it is possible. Think i might look for a non terminal based job

  9. As title says really I'm after a cheap 2JZ-GE engine, which someone may just want rid of. I can collect it towards the end of the month as I can use the work van then. I work in Heathrow and live in Surrey so I can pretty much go anywhere in the South if not too far. Thanks in advance

  13. I wouldn't worry about getting a front mount intercooler if you're not planning on going over 400bhp mate. Go for the newage STI intercooler, you could get one for about £150 on ebay

    Hello.

Thanks Scotty, thats the guide I was just reading The carpet dye is the spray can stuff, I used this one http://www.ukvaletsupplies.com/product_details_182.htm I would buy 4 cans, and use a hard brush to work the dye right into the carpet.

    Hello.

Cheers guys, I've just read a guide for fitting the indicators, doesn't seem too bad. Soldering those LED's for the climate control unit was horrid. Yes the car is an N/A. Not 100% sure on which way to go with the engine, there is a lot more choice with the Supra. The car only cost £1200 so even if I do a conversion, I've not done too bad.
