  1. off course:) I've attached a picture where there are a blue ring and red ring, it is where the connection between turbo number 1 and turbo 2 becomes active. where the blue ring is, it was that leaked on my engine. and did so turbo number 2 not stepped in before it hit 4500 rpm.
  2. I have found the problem, it was a hose which had a hole in as it gnawed at the pipe on turbo number one. then i cut a little off, so it could keep close. so now comes turbo number 2 in at 3,800 rpm
  3. hey guyes I have a little problem with my 2jzgte engine when I give it some boost, ist running fine up to 4000 rpm then it's like it loses steam slightly until it reaches the 4500 rpm where you can feel the second turbo strike in. I have checked all hoses and they are not leaking. where could be my problem? i have tried having it to second gear, get the pedal to the floor, ist running about 0.6 to 0.7 bar and when i reach about 4000 rpm it kind off stop pulling, to i reach 4500 rpm and the second turbo get to work the the rpm limit. then i tried 3 gear, and it does the same, reach about 0.6 bar off boost the the 4000 rpm, and again stop pulling to i get over 4500 rpm where the secound turbo get to work.
  4. yes i now. just wanted to be sure. thanks
  5. I have been running in my supra, we have around 28-degree heat here in denmark right now, I have not run with boost yet, when I have just renovated my engine. so my boost is not over 0.0 bar, run vacum right now, so have noticed that my intercooler pipe from the turbo are very hot and the pipe from my air intake is also very hot, is this normal?
  6. ok. then am not worryed, that seems to be normal then. thanks..
  7. the oil is about 95 degrees at that point.. and 1.5 bar at 90 degress oil temp
  8. i am using 10w40 oil. semisyntitec. because I run with an engine which has received a main renovation , so i got that oil recommended for Running the engine the first 2000 km, before i get som kvali oil..
  9. so I got my crankshaft seal replaced. so now i kep the oil inside . so that is great. but what is the std oil pressure. when the car is cold, I have around 8.5 bar and hot around 1 to 1.2 bar is that normal ?
  10. nobody who can help me??
  11. when I turn on the lights on the blinker arm, so will there will be ignition of the car .. and the key is not in the ignition. and it has only come after having jumped a few fuses in the fuse box under the dash
  12. I have a problem. when I turn the light on the car, so I get the ignition on the car, it's nothing that were there all the time has come after having jumped a few fuses in the box that sits inside the car. some who knows why it does that. or something someone has tried? i gess i not standerart
  13. year i can see what you mean, toyota could learn a little from nissan
  14. what do you mean with the last you wrote? can you take the pic and put a circle around the area you're talking about? it's a little easier for me to understand what you taking about
  15. ok. thanks a lot. another question: the new crankshaft oil seal. now long should i push it down. tlincens writes this: Just make sure you don't push it all the way in. It needs to be pushed on until the front is just flush with the oil pump body? but where is that? in the pic there is a red line and black line, which one should I use? the red or black?
  16. i have push it all the way in,and when I had to pick it out it went to pieces, so I have ordered a new one I have another question. oil pump is a mark, one for when you have to mount timing belt, and then there is the one on the actual shaft in oil pump, it is very important that the two brands next to each other or?
  17. ok. is the original one buys at toyota good enough. what i can read i some off the treads is at it gonna leak after three months. is that korrekt or is the originale fine. and what do you mean with the last you road (no further otherwise you'll block the relief passage. )
  18. no it's not it. it is the one who sits at the oil pump on the crank on the front of the engine, not the back:)
  19. Crankshaft Front Oil Seal, is they always put pieces on the 2jzgte engines, because I reused it from my old oil pump, and now there is oil on the oil pan. by replacing anything it, is there some thing I can do before installation so it does not leak back, or should it just be pushed in on the crankshaft?
  20. I've got the crank polished, so the damage was not so big ;-)
  21. I have started to assemble my engine, but I've been a little unlucky. one of the connecting rods have been trapped by the crankshaft, and has made a mark on the crankshaft. it is about 3-5 mm long and can feel it with the nail. can i be so unlucky that it will injury the Rod Bearing or is that without significance. do not know how sensitive such a crank/rod bearing is
  22. I say many thanks for your help, no I have that same thought, but rather ask once too much than too little
  23. nobody there can help me with my last question?
