Hey there, I almost finished my single turbo project on my JSpec TT Supra but ran into problems with my idle... Setup: GTK650 850cc top feed injectors Custom 3" DP Greddy EMU I am using the EMU's injector scale function. A a start value I put in the 440cc of the stock JSpec injectors. Once I enter the 850cc value of the new injectors the car wont idle, runs lean Lambda 1,2 and higher, revs shitty, stalls from time to time and wont start once it's warm. When I reduce the value to 640cc lambda runs towards 1.00 but then it starts to flip between 0,9 ans 1,1. So bottom line is: I can not adjust the new injector size so that the car will idle properly. I already changed the EMU but this didnt help. Maybe my ECU is faulty? Did anyone of you experience similar issues?

Who's upg? Have the E-Manage running on my turboed 3S and there's nothung to complain about. It's very tricky to get it work on NA -> T setup... Bailey, bit low numbers with that turbo, isnt it?

Even with J-Spec cams? I am wondering if it would make sense to swap UK spec cams as I can get the UK INtake cam for some small money...

Hey guys, as the thrad title says, I'm going to swap the Sissy J-Spec twins for a Turbonetics GTK 650 and have some questions. Let's start with the mods: - Turbonetics GTK 650 .68 AR - 3" Downpipe + Nur Spec - 40mm external Wastegate - Custom intake with HKS filter - Greddy 4" FMIC - Stock TT + Walbro fuel pumps in parallel - Denso 850 cc top feed injectors - Stock block and head with J-Spec-sissy cams - E-Manage ultimate Ok, first questions is: I am aiming for ~580 rwhp, will the cams be sooo restrictive that this goal will be hard to achieve? Will I need to raise the rev-limit? (seems non-sense to me, as the power curves drops already before 7k rpm) How much HP can the stock block handle? How about going for E85? Will it be easier to get those HP numbers? I know these are lot of Q's but maybe someone did a similar build up and has some hints on that. Thanks and regards from Germany

Hi there, I bought a new pair of front upper control arms but they dont fit on my 1994 Supra TT. Problem: They are too wide. Could it be, that my Supra has a facelift suspension mounted? I heard that there is a difference. does anynone know if the pre-facelift arms are wider? thanks!

Mate, why dont you just ask people that are close to you, like me, and have 356 mm K-Sport on the car, like me? They will fit and if not, get 10 mm spacers. shouldnt be a problem at all.

Thanks for the answers. The question is not if it makes sense to rev higher than the stock rev limit, the question is what can the stock BOTTOM end handle. let's assume we have 272° cams and the necessary springs and so on.

And what if you replace the Valva springs? Is the bottom end the bottle neck in terms of high revs?

And that's exactly my plan The questions is, if it maikes sense to lift up the rev limiter (E-manage). Does anyone of you have a Dyno plot? I wonder how the max. torque will shift.

429 HP? I assume it was on 1,2 bar boost, right? Stock rev-limiter?

Hey Guys, just wanna know if anyone of you has apair of BC cams on a BPU Supra? I am wondering what effect they will bring with the stock Turbos. Does it make sense? What is the idle with 264° resp. 272° cams? How much revs can the stock bottom end handle? Any experience, then post it Thank you

Hey guys, I need to get new side skirts for my car coz those I have now show some cracks. I am planning to do a complete new paint job on the car this winter and I dont want to fix the cracks coz it will crack again I think. So, my problem is, that I want to replace my skirts by new ones which should be the same but I dont know who is the manufacturer of them. I attached some pics, maybe someone of you can identify them. Hey guys, I have to get german MOT and therefore I need to install some cat. Current exhaust: Decat Downpipe mild steel, Blitz Frontpipe and a Nur Spec R at the end. I wanted to install the cat somewhere in Blitz frontpipe but after having a look under the car, i recognized that will get some issues with fitting/package. Actually, I have 3 options for the Cat: 1. 100 mm dia 2. 120 mm dia 3. 130 mm dia Keep in mind that the bigger the cat is, the less backpressure it will make. On JDM BPU it makes no difference due to the RR but I am planning to go for Single thi winter and I dont want to change the whole exhaust system again. Did anyone of you ever try to install a sports cat in the frontpipe? Pics? Comments? Hints? Any news? I think I have the same problem. Trying to install new bushes and d2 suspension next week. Do oyu think this will solve all the issues?
