Hi chris, yep we traced it back to the ECU putting out 6volts to injector 6, but even after changing the ecu it now runs terrible. iv knocked it o nthe head and will be rebuilding everythign anyway for daywalker so i will replace the coils just to be sure anyway

hi chris, thanks for the advice, in that case what size do you recommend for injectors? no never sorted it out, mechanically all is fine and with all the electrics being replaced i knocked it on the head.

I have now begun to strip my current supra and will be building up Daywalker. Im currently running piggyback which has been a disaster and will be going standalone, syvecs seems to be the most recommended. I also want to up rate my injectors from the uk spec 550s to some nice big 1000cc+ ones. Your opinions would be greatly appreciated im running 269 cams, with an HKS t04r turbo let me know your thoughts

At 8am tomorrow morning I am expected to be at scuterneering for the open sport nationals but 2 days ago the car developed a misfire and is running in 5. Iv checked all I can. Voltage going to spark, Coils, Injectors Compression was checked at Thor 2 weeks ago and all was good, since then all I have done is drive to the falcon for the midlands meet. I will recheck compression today. All I can do is go over it all over again. Can anyone tell me what voltage I should see across injectors and coils? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated given the urgent circumstances

Are you sure you have the belt on correctly? timing? etc? as being a non interference engine it will still turn over and not fire if you have the cam positions crank wrong, i made that mistake once on my MK1 mx5

YEs running MTs, im definatly sure i can run low 11s, just new to the hi stall, plus the gearbox bounces off the limiter when it changes up. Going to get the gearbox oil strainer changed and then work on my starts
