  1. Depends on how long you plan to keep it covered. If longer than a couple of months, I would concur with the above. I've left mine covered for numerous tours ( 4 to 7 months ) and I've had to re-wash and wax but no adverse reaction to new paint. The main problem was inside the cab, mould started to grow on the leather and dash.
  2. Ha! That's what I get for being lazy and cut and pasting the synopsis from IMDB!
  3. Watched "Jack Reacher" the other day. It's about a homicide investigator that digs deeper into a case involving a trained military sniper who shot five random victims. A very well thought out film that kept me hooked from start to finish with a few humorous moments thrown in. 4/5
  4. White smoke Sounds like condensation to me. If not, maybe coolant. As for the liquid noise it's probably the expanding coolant returning to the rad

  7. Not a fan of the spoiler either and the Advans were more suited for the skirts IMO. Definitely need some glass headlights though bro
  8. Part number is (90210-07001) x16. About 2.75 + VAT each IIRC
  9. Paul @ Whifbitz does the washers and everything else if you email him
  10. Hahahaha! Which is exactly why I never touched them Also trying to find someone to de-chrome was a nightmare too! Glad you've finally got around to refurbing them dude Oh, I would only do red candy if you've got it elsewhere on the Soop. You need to keep a running theme to tie in with the rest of the car.....as you say "The details count"
  11. Quite successful moist panty remover in the past...

    Battery issue

Depends on what consumers you may have drawing current such as dash cams, alarms, ice etc but the longest I've left it for is a month with no problems. But it was stored indoors.
  13. My bad. I was thinking about something else. Note to self: don't drink and type.
  14. XS Power 50mm WG with 45mm screamer. UPDATE I stripped and cleaned the WG, (PITA without taking mani off!) diaphragm and valve are fine with free movement. Replaced all the turbo vac hoses and decided not to use the RR. Test drove and now boosting to the programmed 1.2bar Cheers for the help
  15. Sorry Chris, you've lost me completely here Was this meant for this thread I had no boost problems with the TRD exhaust, just since fitting the HKS cat-back. I guess the HKS is more free flowing than the TRD but didn't think it would cause massive overboost. Sadly I'm running an XS power mani and WG and can't afford to shell out on a new twin WG and mani yet, So will it do any harm to fit a RR on a single or is it a no-no?
  16. Hmmm that's not what I wanted to hear. It was all working fine prior to the exhaust change. Suggestions where to go from here apart from put old exhaust back on?
  17. Hi all Full decat, single, jspec I've just changed my TRD cat-back for a HKS Silent Hi power exhaust and now suffering from overboost up to 1.67bar. When I stripped out the TRD there was no sign of a RR from cat-back and have now stripped the whole system and still no RR so I want to put one in. IIRC it needs to go close to the turbo as in 1st decat, but my problem is I have a custom 3" downpipe with a section of Flexi-hose at the end. My question is : Will placing the RR here be detrimental to the integrity of the Flexi-hose with the added resistance/back pressure or should/can I place the RR further down to 2nd decat and still be efficient? Just to add, there' s no leaks, wastegate or otherwise. TIA Mike
  18. Same. I've had no problems with 10W40 Magnatec semi
  19. Nice one. Cheers Ric. I was just concerned as the other side didn't have any play. Happy days
  20. Hi all Just doing some brake anti-squeak maintenance and wheel cleaning and discovered this on the NSF hub: http://youtu.be/TBWQSGJKAOc Is it likely to be some hub retaining bolt loose? Is it easy to locate and service without some horrendously priced "special tool" or does it look U/S and better off getting another hub? I havn't noticed any knocking or adverse activity from that side with the wheel bolted up but it's probably not doing the bolts any good under braking in the long term with that movement, so need to get this sorted one way or the other as soon as. Thanks in advance
  21. First of all....hahahaha!! Secondly, thanks for the share
