  1. Blueangel did mine and i'm very pleased (second time around) However I watched Police Interceptors the other day and a guy had tied black tights around his rear lights (yes really) and the police asked him "where are the mandatory rear reflectors on your lights then?" so technically mine are illegal. If i was parked up on the side of a road and someone was driving past I guess the visibility would be less, but... not been stopped yet for them and I'd definitely plead ignorance!!
  2. Just wanted to add in simple language that the N/A is a GE not GTE and therefore it passed with flying colours 2nd time thanks to the advice on here
  3. They are Denso ones which are apparently exactly the same, a guy on a thread on here recommended them, bought from RockAuto in USA
  4. Hi all, I have a 95 N/A and it's failed by 0.3 on the emissions test. Aside from this there was an issue with the brake hoses but I've managed to source a pair of these and also the fog light needs to be fixed... somehow?!! I changed the o2 sensors about 3 months ago but I'm not sure if that is going to make a difference or not. My plan is to change the sensors back and then maybe try again later today? It is decatted but it passed last year in exactly the same MOT place and I've not changed anything Any tips please as I'm really stuck here?
  5. Wouldnt that make it stop all together if it was that though?
  6. Every since I've had my Supra I've had problems with the passenger window. It tends to need on average about 12 attempts before it shuts, and even more if using the passenger door control to try to open or close it. And when the car is on an up slope it seems to take even longer (really don't know why that would be!!?? I've recently taken the door off the driver's side to clean it all and since putting it back on it now seems to take even longer for it to work... really don't know what this could be, is it something anyone else has had an issue with??
  7. Don't sell it mate, when the sun comes out again and you don't drive it for a few weeks hopefully you'll change your mind!!

    Seals etc

Can anyone please confirm what the part numbers are for the the following rubber seals on both ends of the door? See attached: I can't make sense of the diagram on this thread!! Can someone please confirm both of these door seal part numbers please? Is one of them 62381-14140?
  9. Here's my bumper as it is today, to me it looks a bit plain but I don't want to get a new one as at present I can get over speed bumps ok and I want it to stay that way. To my knowledge it's the original bumper, there was another stupidly low one on that I took off. is it possible to get some mesh or something that will modernise it a bit? Or has anyone fitted the bumper horizontal bar to their car before?
  10. They call it going single for a reason!
  11. Bit delayed but here are some pics now the whole car is finished. I have bought some new badges from Toyota which are due to arrive on Friday but this is pretty much all finished now. Wheels have been done really well, no scrapes or marks at all on the rims now, the window edges have been painted, the mirrors are like new now, all dents and scrapes have now gone. Shellshocked did a really good job, although they aren't the best on communicating if i'm honest, I rang them 5 times and emails are a bit delayed too. On the car side though I have no complaints!! BEFORE: AFTER:
  12. This thread needs pictorial examples!! lol Seriously though I had to give a lift to a rather large girl once and she got in ok but I almost had to prise her out again haha
  13. I am trying the old stock air box on my N/A Supra at the moment so I have a spare HKS Induction Kit for sale. It's in good nick, no scratches or scrapes and has all the bits so it'll fit straight on Will sell for £30 delivered within UK S
