  4. The front ends well over you can see it . I damaged mine half as bad as that and the car had to go on a jig and have the front end pulled back over. If it not done right the front end will never fit right again . Rich.
  5. There is never any reason to open an engine up unless there is a problem. Get the oil pressure checked or fit a gauge . Crank pulley i would change and get the belts changed .

  18. If i can get my car back on the road in time ill sort the tickets out with you . Rich.
  19. I have finally sorted this . The emu wiring diagram is wrong in 2 places the coil packs have to be wired in firing order not series like they say . Plus this was my problem in this case the ecu earth and the injector sensor earth are the oppsite way around to there diagram. This has given me a headache for weeks im glad its finally sorted. Rich.
  20. Thats the next step i think get the injectors out and tested . Would that course the datalog to show 100% duration on crank but not all the time its almost differant every time you crank the car. Rich.
  21. I have gone up to 850cc . I have set up the conversion on the emanage from 440cc to 850cc and put in the lag times. Rich.
  22. Ok i have mapped my tt6 supra which i have just converted to single turbo on a emu, The car made 530 bhp on 1.4 bar and 578 bhp at 1.6 bar . But i cannot get the car to start on cold start or even when its hot it just floods the engine .I have to unplug the fuel pump get the car started and then reconnect once running .At that point it will run all day,Until you turn it off and go to restart. I have unpluged the fuel pump now to save flooding and removed the coil packs and plugs so it can turn over easier and save battery life. I have now be logging each time i turn the car over. As i remove fuel from the cold start the duty input and output go up . As the cold start was set it was around 22 ms on turning it over . So i added fuel to the cold start and it went down to 2.5 ms on crank. Which i do not understand . But the with no changes to the map . I just keep turning it over and logging 5 times in a row and everytime was different on a couple of time the injector duration spiked too a 100 % . Im about ready to take this ecu out and smash it as im almost sure its faulty and the case of all my problems . I really need help people this is doing my head right in and i want my car back on the road . Any help would be great Rich.
