thanks for the advice, i think ill have to test drive an auto or at least have a passenger ride as want to see what its like as at the moment im just programmed for manuals. i drive autos as well as manuals at work but only normal cars on rolling roads.

hi all, i used to own a 5 speed na and loved the quick shifts and the car in general due to changes in circumstances ive since changed cars and am hoping to get back in the supra game in 2 years. ive never looked at auto cars before as they've never interested me but maybe would consider an auto supra if given feedback from auto drivers. i.e. still get that off the line enjoyment? etc. also im not sure whether to buy an na to keep for years and look to convert eventually, or just to buy a turbo or twin turbo and enjoy it straight away. any help/tips/advice woould be great as i really dont know what to do. wouldnt mind driving an aerotop too but not a necessity

basically im a ford apprentice, i was single and not doing a lot of miles now im with someone i do alot of driving and so even though i love it, its not the most sensible car for me at present, i know i will own another of these in a few years when i am more settled and qualified in my job im so reluctant to sell i just know i have to put head over heart, the wheels sold me the car really they are perfect as neither me or roy (previous owner) parked near curbs, a decent set of wheels are what i love most on a car, so inividual. only reason i want to advertise on here and no where else is because i know everyone on here looksafter them etc. -

stick or no stick at the end of the day theres so many people with supras theres always going to be someone who dont like it, the fast and the furious films are enjoyed by millions and hated by millions. its your supra, you drive it when you drive it and no one else has to so whatever you want to do, just do it.

last couple of weeks before i was relocated, everyone was doing a few bits here and there to their cars and i decided to have a play with some paint, as the way i see it if you dont like it you re paint it removed the carbon dash kit as it wasnt to my taste still need to do the rest of the dash (biggest two panels) just thought id post them sorry its not the most interesting thread, once the wages go up i can do more glamorous things
-
were they easy to take apart and re seal?
-
used a heat gun at work and it came straight off no residue, it was the real carbon fibre kit (silver) can begin painting now
-
its one of those 24 piece kits, so yep all the panels around door handles, speedos, gearstick etc etc
-
hi guys my sup has a carbon dash kit (overlay) throughout and just wondered if anyone could recommend ways to remove it without harming the panels underneath too much thanks
