  1. the oem pipe on an N/a is 2.5 inch i think, but im no expert.
  2. Im selling my decat pipe as I am selling my supe soon. I bought this recently off another member who only had it on his car for a couple of weeks, and never got around to fitting it myself so its in nearly new condition. This the pipe only, no bolts or gaskets are included. I paid £70 inc postage, which is what im asking back. many thanks. uk postage only
  3. `when you decide to sell your other one send me a message and let me know mate, thanks
  4. well, it was a good price, im sure no harm was intended. I will still be looking for a second hand one, If i dont find one in the meantime i may take you up on the offer when the next one is available. I was a bit dissapionted i missed out on this one tho, I have a whiffbitz cat back on my car and know theyre good quality. not so sure about buying one off ebay. are all the decats 2.5 inch diameter, or are some 3 inch? cuz i thought the n/a used a 2.5 diameter exhaust and the tt 3 inch?
  5. a decat is easy enough to find, its more of the principle of the matter you click on the advert, and it provides you with a box to reply to the advert in, well thats what i thought, maybe this box should be removed a replaced with a sned a message button? like i said how was i supposed to know i shudda just pm'd the guy. maybe you should write a how to buy in the newcomers section.
  6. someone suggested I might be able to get one somewhere else, so i'll jst try that instead. sorry if i got a bit carried away over the whole thing think its best if i just foget about it.
  7. thanks for seening my point of view havard. ive never bought anything on here before, must be lots of new members that miss out on items this way,
  8. thankyoui havard. ive never bought anything of here before and its good to see someone understands why its fustrating, especially for a new member.
  9. youre right, porb not at this rate, dont think i have the patience.
  10. fair enough, no harm alerting potential buyers after youve sent the pm tho, after all, once youve sent it its in there regardless of how much attention you attract afterwards. whats the point of the for sale section being in a tread format if all communications between buyers/ sellers is done via pms? not annoyed that i wont be getting it, just annoyed that i wasted my time even trying
  11. oh im sorry i must have completley the wrong idea, yes, i have heard of pms, and emails. but in all the other for sale threads people usually have the decency to post that they have pm'd, or shown an interest for others to see, or upon reciveing a pm the seller posts that the item is provisionaly sold.
