  2. little update , went out to the car today to go to work and when i started it the steering was realy stiff for a breif moment then slack this continued to happen until the car was moving,it almost felt like the power steering was cutting on and off , once the car was moving steering apeared and felt normal(apart from the squeling noise i mentioned above).
  3. Hi all, Was out tonight for a litle run with my mate and decided to have a bit of a laugh[GRIN][/GRIN], anyway took a few sharp turns at speed and have developed a skreeching noise from the driver side front wheel[sAD][/sAD], this noise can't be heard while driving straight, only when the steering wheel is turned, and is even louder when car is stationary it sounds kind of like metal twisting or streching, any help would be great im kind of thinking ball joint???i've tryed the search button but cant find anthing similar .

  6. you could even get two electric superchargers might make 0.000000001 bhp
  7. sound will head through bout 12 am only 10 minutes up the road.
  8. not worth the money trust me just go tt
  9. what can i say job pays great and i love cars, dont drink to so what else am i ment to do with it all.
  10. any idea what time we will all be heading through at yet.
  11. like every good build i have to have a starting point 400-500 bhp will be a good start but like everyone else you always want more in the end stroking out the engine will help at a later date when i go power crazy . as for the breaking of a full cf body supra jamie it all depends on how much penny's i have at the time
  12. No point in crying over money well spent.and thanks again for helpi.g cheers.
  13. Don,t have weight aim but was aiming to replace as much as i can with cf and and get the rear and side windows from whifbitz light wheels could be an option but at the moment im sorting things out for the tt conversion.
  14. Yeh if you could get me rough prices for things like bumpers front and rear agreat cheers nd side skirts that would be
  15. checked nur motorsport they do the same as all the other site's ie roof's ,m boot's ect but their prices are a lot cheeper £500 for a roof and the same again for a full boot lid, so was defonetly benificial to me. every peny cheeper counts;)
  16. money is no object here as i planning on taking my time with it so i get it perfect, as for the engine, im defonetly keeping it as a 2jz was thinking along the lines of a brian crowler stroked motor (3.4) but am still compiling a list of parts so that can wait. if i can get the carbon part's don't think weight will be an issue as the carbon on it's own will shed enough weight along with what ever else i decide to remove.will defo check Nur Motorsport and see if they can help, thanks for the comment's and help again.
  17. hi all been thinking about idea's for my build when i start it and having some trouble deciding on the body work, I would realy like to do a full carbon fiber car if possible with some power to go with it (about 400-500 bhp), so far i have found a few places that do the hood's, front wing's , roof panel ,boot lid and door's ect. But i can't find anywhere that does bumpes and skirts if anyone can help would be much appreciated. thanks
  18. yeh but PW is one of the countrys best at tunning supra's so it's going to be the best of stuff he uses,i know when i start my build i will be buying a few things from whifbitz.
  19. supose it would depend on the material the turbo is made off, but how long would it last, i remember seeing a rodger clark subaru at knockhill had all the best of gear on it and ofcourse anti- lag went round the track for a while then all we heard was the bang...........no more turbo:(
  20. yup it may be sweet to look at but it roast's the turbo.
  21. Retarding ignition, Inlet bypass, Turbo and intercooler bypass (D-valve) or as mentioned above two Step Anti-lag/launch control all of these are different methods for anti lag some re-mapping will be required i think.
  22. think the front has to be standerd size lettering too, faild my MOT last year for the lettering on the front plate being to small.
  23. BC for me mate had them for a few years now, not one problem and the car handles great on them.
